Announcement for DPK issue maintenance

Greetings Saviors, We would like to offer our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion caused by the abnormal DPK rations. We have conducted a full review of the game logs related to item drops and have decided to take the following actions.   First, regarding the items that had unusual item drop ratios, only one item will be left per user. The rest will be retrieved. This is because we want to minimalize the effect on the players and the in-game economy.   Accounts that have obtained more than 2 of the items with unusual drop rates will be temporarily blocked for retrieval purposes. These players will be unblocked as soon as the retrieval process is complete. This will only extend to those who did not trade the item via personal trading, the market or use the item to craft other items. Players who have been temporarily suspended due to the removal of items will receive compensation equal to how long they were suspended based on the same rules as for When we provide compensation for temporary maintenance.   However, please note that players who have used this chance to try to exploit and profit from it by conducting massive trade etc shall be punished accordingly. We will announce the severity of the punishments in a later announcement.   Finally, we wish to provide the following items via GM message to your Barracks as an apology for causing so much inconvenience with this issue, Please retrieve the message no later than until EDT 6th of June 23:59   The following "additional" compensation will be sent to each account. (this doesn't include the maintenance compensation)   - 10 Tome of experience - 2 Instance dungeon reset voucher - 20 Fortune Cookies

Preview: Tree of Savior W Release and Integration of Region

Greetings, Saviors.     We would like to announce that [Tree of Saviors W] will open on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, where Saviors playing Tree of Saviors in various regions will be united on one server to enjoy new encounters, adventures, challenges, and competition.     [Tree of Saviors W] will bring together Saviors from all of Asia, including Korea and Japan, which will allow everyone who has been playing in their respective regions to be able to meet and make memories together across languages and cultures.   Saviors from your favorite guilds and regions will be able to find new goals to work towards, while those who aren't tied to a guild or region will be able to create their own unique groupings.   No new installations or changes are required to enjoy [Tree of Saviors W]. You'll be able to access [Tree of Saviors W] by running your existing client in each region via the STEAM platform, and Saviors in each region will meet on one and the same server.   Tree of Saviors W will also add live chat translation, and you'll be able to choose which language is displayed in the client.     The opening of [Tree of Savior W] will be accompanied by a variety of events. In particular, special rewards will be awarded for the first Guild Territory War after the integration.   The following flag rewards will be awarded to Guilds that capture the Champions League areas: 'Genar Field', 'Aqueduct Bridge Area', and 'Baron Allerno'. (The following criteria will be applied to determine which teams are transferred)   1. Team with more premium TPs   2. Team with higher team levels (experience)   3. Team with more characters created   4. [SA] Silute Temporary Relocation Notice

Greetings, Saviors. As you are well aware, our [SA] Silute server has been target to multiple DDoS attacks in recent weeks, which have seriously affected the server’s stability and normal operation. Every attack results in a particular machine getting banned, which means we have far fewer machines compared to the user count, and we were denied the addition of more machines to the server. Continuing normal service operation in South America with our current provider is proving nearly impossible. For this reason, we are being forced to temporarily relocate Silute to North America in order to stabilize the server. Latency in the new server location is expected to increase for users in South America, for which we would like to apologize. Instead, we hope the relocation will improve the server’s current stability and connection issues for most users in the region. We continue to search for ways to stabilize Silute and provide steady service to users in South America, and the server is expected to be moved back to its original location in São Paulo once the current issues have been solved. Also, we would like to note that the regional pricing in [SA] Silute will remain the same even after the server’s relocation. The relocation process is expected to take place tomorrow; a new announcement regarding the relocation schedule and details will be up on our official website soon. Thank you for your understanding. Guild Delete Exploit Fixed

Greetings, Saviors. It was brought to out attention that some players were abusing a bug in the game to disband guilds without becoming a guild master. We would like to announce that this issue was fixed during today's temporary maintenance and regular guild members are no longer able to delete their guilds at will. We are currently looking into further measures regarding disbanded guilds and users who abused this feature. Connect your Accounts for Special Gifts!

Greetings, Saviors!   As some of you may already know, we have been informing you about the news and upcoming events in TOS via email for some time now. You may have also heard from friends or read in the forum that we have sent out special gift items with this month’s email. There will be more events like this in the future. That’s why we thought it’d be handy to provide you with a step by step guide on how to connect your TOS forum and Steam accounts. We would also like to add that having the correct Steam account will not only give you the chance to receive fantastic gifts with future events but it will also help us process your support tickets with greater efficiency to improve the quality of your gaming experience!   Note: We are aware that some of you have not received your email yet but don't worry. The emails are being sent out in sequential order and we estimate that we will be done sending the emails by the scheduled maintenance on July 24, 2018. Furthermore, these presents can be received only once per account and will be delivered to either your registered mail account.       1. First, you need to locate the email that you received from us. Search your inbox and spam box for the email address noreply@imcgames.com     2. If you can’t find the email in your spam box or your inbox, make sure that you are looking in the correct email account. This should be the email address used for the Facebook/Google+ account that you used to log in to our forums.     3. Once you find our email, you will need to “undo spam”. How to do this will differ depending on the email service you are using, but if you are using Gmail there will be an option for that on top of the page below the search bar in your spam box.     4. After you have “unspammed” the email, open it and click on the link that says “Click now for your present” or the actual URL below the image.     5. Clicking on the image or the URL will lead you to the gift retrieval page on our forum.         6. Here, you can either:   A) Connect your Steam ID to your forum account if you haven’t already. A pop-up window will ask you if you would like to connect your Steam ID. Clicking “Yes” will ask you to login to your Steam account.         B) Or click on the “Change Steam ID” if you already have your Steam account connected to your forum account but it’s not the account on which you want to receive your gift.         7. Provided that you haven’t received your gift already, you will be able to select the server you want to receive your gift on and the items will be sent to the message box of your team lodge.
