We also wish to apologize and compensate for the recent issue where users were unable to access dungeons through the party matchmaking system. 1. Maintenance Period : 01:00~05:00 AM (EDT) April 5th, 2016 2. Patch Notes 1) Instance Instability Compensation : Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (x5) A. The compensation message and items attached will last until 1 AM (EDT) April 9th, 2016. B. The message will be deleted after that time making it impossible to retrieve the items. 2) Monster Respawn Rate : 50% increase on all field zones 3) Megaphones : Addition of a Lv. 40 restriction to usage We apologize for any and all inconveniences that you may have experienced. Please note that we were not able to include some of the more major tweaks since they are still being stabilized. They will be fixed and patched as soon as possible. Another important thing to note is that we are still in the process of tackling the big elephant in the room, 'server stability', and would like to apologize for the connection issues that many of you experienced during launch week. Greetings Saviors! We will be holding the scheduled weekly maintenance as notified in our previous announcements. The detailed time can be seen down below. More details will be provided on what will be tweaked in a later announcement. Scheduled Time for Maintenance : 1~5 a.m. (EDT) April 5th, 2016 We would like to use this chance to apologize for the inconvenience that many of you have experienced during the launch week. We are constantly keeping an eye out for your feedback to see what the more prevalent issues are. Through your feedback, we are able to figure out what can be fixed quickly and what requires development time. Some issues have been carried over from older versions, other unknown issues have occurred because they hadn't been exposed to such focused stress and yet others are due to connectivity issues between us, Steam, AWS, and individual clients. The more major bugs/issues will take longer to iron out since we do not wish to negatively affect other aspects of the game. Others can simply be dealt by a hotfix / patch during shorter maintenance periods. Once again, we would like to apologize for the poor connectivity and numerous in-game issues that many of you have experienced last week. Greetings Saviors! Apologies for the continuation of poor connectivity to the Klaipeda server today. We will be performing some quick maintenance. Only Klaipeda will be affected. Klaipeda will be down for approximately 30 minutes. You won't have access to it during this period of time. Hello, Saviors. We are aware that some people at Fedimian server are experiencing problems connecting to the game from their Lodges and/or entering Lodges from the server selection screen. For now, if you continuously click on Enter (from the server selection screen) and/or Start Game (from your lodge), you would eventually go into the game. Greetings, Saviors! As we have previously announced here1, we're going to be offering 1-time team name resets to everyone. A lot of our players ended up with unwanted team names due to heavy lag and misleading information, and we sincerely apologize for that mishap. We will only be resetting your team name, so the rest of your team information including your characters and items, companions, TP, and Token bonuses will remain untouched. You will be prompted to create a new team name upon logging into your server. Please refer to the following information to request a name reset of your team: When to make a request: 03/31/2016 ~ 04/05/2016 at 01:59 EDT (Tues) Where: https://treeofsavior.com/inquiry/?c=174 Instructions: (1) Follow the link to our custom support page. (2) Log into your Facebook or Google account. (3) Verify your Steam account by clicking on the top right corner. (4) Submit your ticket. Use the drop-down menu to select [Team Name Reset], then the server where you wish to have your team name reset. (5) After our maintenance on Tuesday, you'll find that your team name has been reset once you connect to your server. Again, please take precautions when you type in your team name as this reset will be offered only once. After that, you'll have to use 150 TP if you wish to change your team name. This is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate the players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server physically located in Europe. Greetings, Saviors. Thank you for your patience throughout our launch for the past few hours. We are here to bring you news that our new Femidian server is ready to be opened within the next hour. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server in Europe. Prior to the announcement, please accept our apologies for rather crowded servers with high traffics. We had initially planned 2 servers based on our sales data. They were sufficient enough to support the player base without waiting queues. However, there was an unexpected jump in sales a day prior to our scheduled launch date. There was an additional influx of sales, the amount exceeding well over a third of our most recent total sales, and the statistics were not observed in time due to the data refresh being queued. As a result, our players experienced heavy lags and connection issues, which is what we previously stated that we would prevent. In order to make up for the inconvenience we have caused you on the first day of our grand opening due to our inability to foresee this event, we would like to provide you with compensation. We will make a separate announcement later regarding the details. A great number of mistakes have already been made, but we hope to learn from this and deliver you a stable service and an enjoyable game. We would greatly appreciate your support in this endeavor.
