Follow-up measures to the removal of all DLC products from the Steam Store

As you may know, we have removed all DLC products from the Steam Store on the 30th of May, 2016.
This was done as we felt that the DLC products were redundant due to the launch of TP Bundles from the Steam Inventory Store.
Therefore, we have also restricted the ability to receive any further DLC products as this will be unnecessary.
Please let us know via the ticket system if you have not yet redeemed the DLC product and are now unable to do so.
Please include the following information in order for us to process the requests.
1. Steam ID
2. Team Name
4. DLC Product Name
5. Screenshot (for proof of purchase)
