The Ultimate Monster Tamer: Round 4

Greetings Saviors!  The Ultimate Monster Tamer has returned! Once again, tame up to 3 monsters of your choosing to conquer the mission boss and obtain even better rewards!    Event Period  FROM the scheduled maintenance on March 19, 2019 TO the scheduled maintenance on April 16, 2019   Who Can Participate - Characters of level 50 and above   How to Participate   STEP 1. Interact with the Event Notice Board in the city of Klaipeda or Orsha to receive Tamer's Blue Orb x1, Special Monster Trapper x1, and Blue Orb Dungeon Coin x12. The Blue Orb and Monster Trapper are yours to keep during the event period (you only receive them once per team), but you can come back to the Event Notice Board every day to collect Blue Orb Dungeon Coin x12. STEP 2. Use the Special Monster Trapper in various fields to capture your very own pet monsters, which will be saved inside the Tamer’s Blue Orb. You can save up to 3 monsters at a time, but you cannot capture more than one of the same monster. STEP 3. Defeat regular field monsters no less than 20 levels below your character for a chance to collect Monster Energy, an item you can use to level up your pet monsters. STEP 4. Every monster you capture starts at Lv 1, and you can use Monster Energy to increase their level up to Lv 300 at the Event Notice Board. From Lv 1 to Lv 4, each level-up consumes Monster Energy x1. Starting from Lv 5 and in groups of 5 levels, every level-up consumes an additional +1 Monster Energy. - So from Lv 5 to Lv 9, each level-up consumes Monster Energy x2; from Lv 10 to Lv 14, each level-up consumes Monster Energy x3, and so on. STEP 5. If you want to change one of your captured monsters, go back to the Event Notice Board and release the desired monster back into the wild – doing so will consume Monster Energy x30. The next monster you capture will match the level of the one you released! STEP 6. After you’ve leveled up your pet monsters, it’s time to enter the event mission and put them to the test! You can enter the mission through the Event Notice Board, and each entry consumes Blue Orb Dungeon Coin x4. The entry process is the same as normal instanced dungeons, so you can enter solo, with a premade party, or via auto-matching. STEP 7. Before you start, interact with the Magic Circle inside the mission map to pick the level of the boss you’re about to face to match that of your monsters – you can make it lower and complete the mission with ease, or amp up the difficulty for a challenging run. - If you’re in a party, the mission will accept whatever boss level is entered first, so make sure to coordinate monster levels with your party beforehand. This also means that, if you choose auto-match, you may not be matched with players of similar pet levels. STEP 8. It’s time for battle! Use the Tamer’s Blue Orb to summon your monster pets and attack the boss! Your character cannot use basic attacks or skills inside the mission, so you’ll have to rely on your captured monsters. You have 5 minutes to defeat the boss and complete the mission. STEP 9. After you complete the mission, open the Treasure Chest located inside the event map to receive Blue Cube x1 and a number of Blue Fragments proportional to your pets’ or the boss’ level. The Blue Cube gives you one of 13 random rewards, while the Blue Fragments can be exchanged for useful items at the Event Notice Board. Blue Cube Rewards Use the Cube to receive one of the following random rewards! You can also reopen the Blue Cube with 500,000 Silver (Token users can reopen the Cube one additional time). - Megaphone x2 - Fortune Cookie x1 - Fortune Cookie x2 - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x1 - Challenge Portal Scroll (14 Days) x1 - Goddess Sculpture (14 Days) x1 - Believer's Potion x1 - Silver Anvil (14 Days) x1 - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x1 - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 - Attribute Points: 1,000 (14 Days) x1 - Asio Weapon Recipe Selection Box  x1 - Wastrel Weapon Recipe Selection Box  x1 Blue Fragment Rewards Exchange your Blue Fragments for the following items at the Event Notice Board! The amount of Fragments you receive every mission is equal to 1 Fragment per every 10 levels of your pet monster or the boss monster (whichever is lowest). - Megaphone x2 = 15 Fragments - Fortune Cookie x1 = 15 Fragments - Blue Cube x1 = 30 Fragments - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x1 = 30 Fragments (max. 15 exchanges per team) - Challenge Portal Scroll (14 Days) x1 = 30 Fragments (max. 15 exchanges per team) - Goddess Sculpture (14 Days) x1 = 30 Fragments - Believer's Potion x1 = 30 Fragments - Silver Anvil (14 Days) x1 = 100 Fragments (max. 5 exchanges per team) - Golden Anvil (14 Days) x1 = 120 Fragments (max. 5 exchanges per team) - Attribute Points: 500 (14 Days) x1 = 150 Fragments (max. 10 exchanges per team) Important - Special Monster Trappers can be used in regular fields, dungeons, and hunting grounds. The Trappers do not work on elite or boss monsters. - Special Monster Trappers must be used near monsters, and they have better chances of trapping monsters with low HP. - Monster Energy can be transferred via Team Storage. - Monsters can only be summoned with the Tamer’s Blue Orb inside the event mission. They cannot be summoned in cities or other maps. - Mission boss levels cannot exceed your own pet monsters’ by more than 100 levels. - All mission bosses inside the event mission are Lightning property. - You cannot enter the event mission with a Companion. Make sure your Companion is OFF before attempting to enter the mission. - Becoming incapable of combat inside the event mission results in no penalties to your character. You can also use items like HP potions inside the event mission. - Blue Orb Dungeon Coins are consumed only after you defeat the boss, not when you enter the mission. If you fail the mission, it will not consume any Coins. - Blue Fragments are calculated for each party member individually based on their specific level data. - Blue Cubes and Blue Fragments can be transferred via Team Storage, but not traded. - Timed items cannot be traded or transferred via Team Storage. - The following items will be automatically deleted at the end of the event period: Blue Cube, Blue Fragment, Monster Energy, Tamer’s Blue Orb, Special Monster Trapper, Blue Orb Dungeon Coin, Fortune Cookie, Believer’s Potion, Asio/Wastrel Weapon Recipe Selection Box.

New: Irredian Shelter, Hangout Raids and More!

Greetings, Saviors! Today we would like to introduce the new content and rewards that were added during our scheduled maintenance on March 12, 2019. We hope you enjoy reading this post as much as we did preparing it!         NEW CONTENT     1. Guild Hangout Raid     1-1. Overview   The Guild Hangout Raid is, just as the name suggests, a new raid content that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own Guild Hangout. Players can now summon bosses in their Guild Hangout and join forces to defeat them.     1-2. Background   The refugees of the Kingdom have been suffering greatly at the hands of the monsters that entered our world through the many dimensional cracks that appeared following Medzio Diena. Sage Envoys have been deployed all across the Kingdom in order to seal the cracks but they are in need of help. The Kingdom has decided that the Sage Envoys devise a way to relocate the dimensional cracks to various Guild Hangouts present within the Kingdom to have the guilds help in dealing with the invasion of monsters. Guilds can now participate in private boss raids through the Sage Envoys located in their Hangout to defeat the invading monsters for bounty.     1-3. How to Play   Talk to the Sage Envoy NPC in your Guild Hangout to start the raid.     1-4. Rewards   Rewards can be obtained from the Sage Envoy NPC after the raid time is reset every Monday at 6:00 AM server time. Rewards are issued as Silver, which is determined by the player’s contribution in defeating the raid boss.     2. New Hunting Grounds: Irredian Shelter         2-1. Overview   Irredian Shelter is a new high level Hunting Grounds populated by level 390 monsters and two level 400 boss monsters.     2-2. Background   The three rulers of old Nicopolis ran the city with an iron fist as their influence grew. Archmage Irredian had created a shelter for the citizens of Nicopolis to take refuge in. Preparations for siege and various experiments to create a magical barricade that blocks off Nicopolis from the rest of the Kingdom took place at the shelter.     2-3. How to Play   The new Hunting Grounds is populated by powerful level 390 monsters. Hunting down these monsters unlocks a portal to new areas that are more densely populated by powerful monsters or even a solo raid with a special boss monster.     2-4. Rewards   New necklace items have been added as reward. New seals are also introduced as a part of an obtainable reward.       Rewards and Convenience Updates     Along with the two new features introduced this week, we will also be providing revisions for rewards and introducing convenience updates with the game’s next major update. Read on below for details!     1. Guild Quest   - The rewards obtained from Guild Foundation quests will be increased by fivefold. Players will be able to earn up to 5,000 attribute points by partaking in a Guild Quest. - Guild Foundation quests do not require special initiation processes and will begin as soon as a Guild Quest is started.     2. Gemstone Feud   - New NPCs will be added to each of the major cities (Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian) that will let players enter Gemstone Feud sessions. - The number of Goddess’ Blessed Gems that can be traded will be increased from 1 to 2 per day and the number of badges required will be reduced by half. - The following are the new badge requirements for rewards obtainable in the Gemstone Feud.   Reward Required Number of Badges Before After Goddess’ Blessed Gem 2000 1000 Attribute Point 100 200 140 Silver Ichor Extraction Kit 5500 3850 Looting Chance Potion 100 70 Hero’s Retribution Potion: Devil (Feud) 850 595 Hero’s Retribution Potion: Mutant (Feud) 850 595 Hero’s Retribution Potion: Insect (Feud) 850 595 Hero’s Retribution Potion: Plant (Feud) 850 595 Hero’s Retribution Potion: Beast (Feud) 850 595 Hero’s Aegis Potion: Devil (Feud) 450 315 Hero’s Aegis Potion: Mutant (Feud) 450 315 Hero’s Aegis Potion: Insect (Feud) 450 315 Hero’s Aegis Potion: Plant (Feud) 450 315 Hero’s Aegis Potion: Beast (Feud) 450 315     3. Collections   - Players will be able to register new collections without having to visit the Magic Association NPC.     4. Instance Dungeon: Level Dungeons   - Some lower level dungeons will be integrated for better matchmaking. The level difference penalty will be alleviated for lower level dungeons.     5. Uphill Defense   - The weekly entry count will be reduced and the rewards will be improved instead.     6. Remnants of Bernice   - Rewards will be overhauled. The current ranking data will be reset with the coming update. - Attendance reward will be given as attribute points to promote players’ continued participation. - Attendance rewards can be obtained by clearing the first stage. - Stage rewards will consist of more useful items. They will be issued once per Team depending on the highest stage that the player has reached. - Rank rewards will also be improved to include useful items and not honor rewards. - Rank rewards will be given out for each of the class trees and there will be no rewards for overall ranking.     6. Earth Tower   - The difficulty will be adjusted to fit the changes that were implemented in the Re:Build update. - The progression of the Earth Tower will be adjusted to provide faster pacing. - Earth Tower will be divided into units of 5 floors each, and players will be free to choose which floors they wish to challenge.
