[UPDATE] Known Issue: August 22, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. Regarding the Invite A Friend Event   We've had reports from our players that some of you are facing issues with the rewards for participating in the Invite A Friend event. Our devs are currently working on the said issue and the Friend Invite Codes will temporarily be disabled for the time being.   [Updated] The Event NPC will not be interactable while the issue is being worked on.

Known Issues: July 11, 2018 [2]

The following issues have recently been reported.   1) Server Instability - Players have reported experiencing lag occurrences and general server instability after the scheduled maintenance of July 10, 2018. Known Issues: July 11, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported.   1) [FIXED] Unintended Soundtrack Reverb - An unintended reverb effect was affecting the background tracks of specific maps in the game. This issue is now fixed. Please restart your client in order to apply the changes. 2) [FIXED] Incorrect Cube Items Listed in Beauty Shop - The Goddess' Blessed Cube item preview in the Beauty Shop UI was displaying an incorrect list of items. This issue is now fixed. Please restart your client in order to apply the changes. 3) [FIXED] GTW System Messages Missing - Guild Territory Wars system messages alerting players of the beginning of the session were not appearing in the game. This issue is now fixed. Please restart your client in order to apply the changes. 4) [FIXED] Incorrect Soccer Event System Messages Displaying - The game was displaying unintended system messages about soccer events. This issue is now fixed. Please restart your client in order to apply the changes. 5) Incorrect Item Listed In Uphill Defense Shop - The Uphill Defense Shop has been reported to incorrectly list Megaphone (14 Days), while not listing the 6-Star Gem Abrasive item which should be included in the shop. Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently been reported.   1) Guild Promotion Board Error - Opening the Guild Promotion Board UI has been known to prompt the error message above. This issue is set to be fixed during the scheduled maintenance of July 3, 2018. Until then, this feature may not work as intended. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 26, 2018

Greetings Saviors, After the June 26 maintenance, the following issue has been reported:   1) Unable to Sell Items to NPC Shops  - Players have reported that they are unable to sell items to the NPC shops throughout the various cities. We are aware of the problem and are looking into it. [RESOLVED] Known Issues: June 25, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported:   1) [RESOLVED] Incorrect Instanced Dungeon Bonus - Over the past weekend (June 23-24, 2018), instanced dungeons in the game dropped an additional Silver bonus upon being completed. This bonus is part of a weekend event that is being released this week (details announced later today), but some of the event data was incorrectly added to the game too soon. We apologize for the misunderstandings caused by this issue. The bonus will be applied as intended during the event weekends (please see the event announcement later today for more details). [FIXED] Known Issues: June 20, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been recently reported:   1) [FIXED] Cursed Scorpios Dropping the Wrong Item - Scorpio monsters from The Cursed Shore event have been reported to drop Attribute Points: 500 instead of Attribute Points 1,000 as previously stated in the event announcement. This issue has been fixed and you will now be able to obtain Attribute Points 1,000 from Cursed Scorpio monsters (according to the rules of the event). 2) [FIXED] Movement Glitches - Players have experienced occasional movement glitches where their characters involuntarily return to the initial point after walking a few steps. This issue has been fixed and you should no longer experience the same glitches.   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. [SA] Known Issues: Instability II

Greetings, Saviors. We would like to offer an update on the issues of instability currently affecting our [SA] Silute server. We have been thoroughly assessing your reports on the problem and we encourage players to keep providing information, as it will help speed up the process of finding a solution. As of yet, however, we have been unable to determine whether the excessive lag in the region is caused mainly by network issues or by other factors. Currently, we have detected a few elements in the server logic that could be the source of the issue and we are working to fix them, although we remain unsure of whether they affect South America alone or other server regions as well. The updated patch will be applied as soon as possible, after which it will be closely monitored for results. As what happened with the nearby party search function, which has been temporarily disabled, we are in the process of analyzing other game functions which could cause a burden on the server. We are also processing different logs in order to detect delays generated by specific skills or item combinations. Once again we would like to offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are now preparing compensation for players of all servers, which will be announced soon through our News page. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
