[UPDATE] Known Issues Jan 23, 2019

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on January 22, 2019.   1) The issue where some players are still affected with the inventory items not being displayed correctly due to items that still have magic amplification bonuses. 2) Corsair's Pillaging attribute not being applied correctly while fighting monsters. 3) Barbarian's Frenzy: Enhance attribute not being applied correctly to the player's damage output. 4) Players receiving additional damage when equipped with full Kite Moor set.     Resolved Issue   - Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when the player is under the effects of Sharp Spear     Ongoing Issues    - The issue where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed correctly in the chat window when entered. - Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description. - We are still currently at work restoring the players' items that were discarded while equipping gems. - Players who have lost potentials or had their items destroyed due to the Gear Grind Weekend event will be compensated by the upcoming Scheduled Maintenance on Jan 29, 2019, during which Premium Awakening Stones will also be given out as compensation for those who were affected by the issue. [UPDATE] Known Issues Jan 18, 2019

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Temporary Maintenance on January 17, 2019.   1) The issue Where chat emotes are displayed as dots and is not displayed on the chat window when entered. 2) Priests being able to use Resurrect more than once per round in TBL contrary to its tooltip description.​ [FIXED] Hoplite normal attacks not dealing any damage in PvP situations when under the effects of Sharp Spear.   Our devs are currently aware of the above issues and are currently working to resolve them as soon as possible. We will make sure to let you know by updating this announcement when the said issues have been resolved.   Also, we are still in the process of working to restore the lost equipment for the players who have accidentally discarded their items while equipping gems and also compiling the tickets sent in for the return of appearance items as requested by users.   Thank you for your patience and understanding.   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently come to our attention. [FIXED] Event Notice Board missing from city maps. [FIXED] Occasional UI "No Data" and miscellaneous translation errors.  [FIXED] Players unable to purchase the Goddess' Blessed Cube at the Beauty Shop. [FIXED] Market use unavailable in [SEA] Telsiai. [FIXED] Guild Promotion board missing from UI. [FIXED] Inventory errors caused by the [Event] Wind Runner item. [FIXED] Issue where Squire Repair Shops could not be used. [FIXED] Incorrect equipment restriction for some items. [FIXED] Incorrect damage increase for Lightning Hands While the above issues have been resolved, we are aware of the following issue that still remains:   Players who have not yet been restored their items that have been discarded while equipping gems   Please contact us via the tickets with the following information and we will process your requests ASAP. 1) Server 2) Team Name 3) Character Name 4) Approximate time/date item was discarded 5) Name of discarded item Important - Restored items can be found in your character's market retrieve tab. - Timed items that were discarded will not be restored - Consumables that were discarded will not be restored - Other miscellaneous items will not be restored   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. The Error Code & Dungeon entry reset issue for Telsiai and Silute servers - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - We will be issuing the following items to all players on Telsiai and Silute as compensation for the issue: 5x Saalus Mission One Entry Voucher (5 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 Days) 5x Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days)   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. Known Issue: December 6, 2018

Greetings Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention.   The Harvest Festival event crops disappearing in less than an hour   - We are currently working to find the means to resolve the issue as soon as possible. - "Harvest Festival" event period will be extended for another week(until December 26, 2018) to compensate for players who have missed the chance to participate in the said event.   Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. [COMPLETE] [Resolved] Known Issue: October 11, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention.   Issues with the Out Comes the Full Moon event   [UPDATE] The issue where players could not receive the Mini Moon has been fixed but there still remains the issue where the Mini Moon is invisible to the player. Those of you being shown the message "you cannot join the daily event now" will already have a Mini Moon that is invisible so you can still proceed with collecting the fragments.  We will let you know through the announcements after we've applied the patch to resolve the issues for the invisible Mini Moon and text errors in the event NPC.        Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. [Resolved] Known Issue: September 7, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. The following issue has recently come to our attention. TBL matching issues and players' Uphill Points being reset We've had reports from players that they are having difficulty queuing for TBL and also that their Uphill points had been reset after the temporary maintenance on September 7, 2018. We wanted to let you know that the issue was just temporary and all players' points should be displayed correctly and queuing for TBL should be in working order as of the current time. If your points are still displayed incorrectly, check back again after participating and earning points in the said event and your accumulated points will be displayed correctly once again.
