[UPDATE] Known Issue: November 13, 2019

Greetings, Saviors.   The following issue has recently come to our attention:   - The Transcendence Selection Box from November 2019 Leticia's Cube containing Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll instead of Stage 10.   - Players receiving Rank C items from Leticia's Cube Special Reward Event   We will be taking the following measures in order to resolve the issue:     A) For players who have chosen to obtain a Stage 9 Transcendence Scroll - We will be providing you with the number of Blessed Gems required to reach 100% Stage 10 Transcendence (which is 65 for two-handed weapons).     B) For players who have chosen the Blessed Gem x100 because of the news that Stage 9 Scroll is contained in the box - Send us a ticket with your Server and Team Name details and we will replace the Blessed Gem x100 from your inventory and replace them with a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll   C) For players who have not yet opened the Transcendence Selection Box   - We will be replacing the box with the one that contains Stage 10 Transcendence scrolls through a temporary maintenance. Please, open the box after maintenance is over if you want to obtain a Stage 10 Transcendence Scroll.     D) For players who have received Rank C items as part of the Special Reward Event   - We will be issuing all players who have obtained a Rank C item with a compensation box.     We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you yet again for your patience and understanding.     Regards, IMC Staff

[UPDATE] Known Issues - September 10, 2019

Greetings Saviors,   The following issue has recently come to our attention:   - [Resolved] The issue related to the number of cubes displayed by the Bonus Cube NPC - [New] The Lucky Golden Pig Egg item missing from the Goddess' Blessed Cube preview list in-game.   The Bonus Cube NPC issue has currently been resolved and the number of cubes opened will now be counted correctly. The Lucky Golden Pig Egg is only missing from the preview UI and it has been confirmed that the item is still included in this edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube. [UPDATE] Known Issues - August 27, 2019

Greetings Saviors,   The following issue has recently come to our attention:     - The issue with the level of Unique Enchant Jewel from Leticia Cube - [RESOLVED] Snow Globe Cube being displayed as Wake Up Special Premium Package in the Shop UI   The devs are aware of the above issue and the Lv.1 Unique Enchant Jewels will be retrieved and replaced with appropriate Unique Enchant Jewels after the current edition of Leticia Cube is removed.  [RESOLVED] The Snow Globe Cube will now display the correct name in the game's Shop UI.     Thank you for your patience understanding.

Greetings, Saviors.   The following issues have recently come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on August 20, 2019:   - [RESOLVED] Paperbox removed from inventory - Players being unable to close the Shop UI by pressing the close button   The removed item will be restored next week and the issues with the Shop UI is currently under investigation by our devs.   [UPDATE] The removed Paperboxes are now restored.
