[UPDATE] Known Issue: October 14, 2020
Greeting Saviors! We became aware of the following issue: Time spent inside instanced dungeons and PvP areas is not counted as time logged-in for the Halloween Attendance Event. We are currently fixing the issue so in the meanwhile, please stay in areas other than instanced dungeons or PvP areas for the Halloween Attendance Event. The compensation for this issue will be announced later on. [UPDATED] Also, the expiring date of the Halloween Event costumes that can be changed into permanent items will be adjusted from '7 days' to the 'last day of the event'. Adjusted Costumes: - [Halloween] Sky Blue Laima Kindergarten Costume (Male) - [Halloween] Sky Blue Laima Kindergarten Costume (Female) - [Halloween] Black Wolf Costume (Male) - [Halloween] Black Wolf Costume (Female) - [Halloween] White Tracksuit Also, we're now fixing the issue that Guild promoition board is not showing up properly, during this procedure, the market may not working properly for moment But we will fix as soon as possible. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as an update is available. Greetings Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Crashs when using sage portal shop. [Fixed] ※ Please reconnect the game to solve the issue. 2) The content points are reset to 0. 3) The shortcuts are reset when moving to another map. Known Issue: August 19, 2020
Greetings Saviors! As the sales method of Leticia's Secret Cube was changed, there was a problem that PoPo Point was not given additionally to the users after purchasing Leticia's secret Cube. We are deeply sorry to have caused the confusion and PoPo Points that were not given will be provided to the users after the scheduled maintenance on next Tuesday when Leticia's Secret Cube is removed. Known Issue: June 3, 2020
Greeting Saviors! The following issue has come to our attention: - When the '[Event] Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver (14 Days)' given as a reward of the SNS Like&Comment Event is inside the inventory, the enhancement does not work. We will delete the current item and provide Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver without a time limit x5 via mailbox during the scheduled maintenance on June 9, 2020. (The compensation in the mailbox will be automatically deleted after 2 weeks, so please receive the item in time.) If you wish to enhance before the scheduled maintenance next week, please transfer the '[Event] Enhancement Coupon: 100,000 Silver (14 Days)' item to the team storage. Known Issue: Regarding the delayed end time of GTW
Greeting Saviors! - The time of GTW is intermittently frozen when reaching 1 second remaining and the war continues. In this case, GTW does not end right at the scheduled time and ends after a few seconds of delay. We are currently aware of the issue and when the same issue occurs in the future, please proceed until the GTW is entirely completed. Known Issue: May 6, 2020
Greeting Saviors! The distribution of Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher for the Arbor Day event had an issue and some Saviors did not receive the Voucher. We will distribute the missing Attribute Point Free Retrieval Vouchers to the Saviors who did not receive the Voucher on May 12, 2020. Known Issue: April 29, 2020
Greeting Saviors! The Attribute Point Free Retrieval Voucher for the Arbor Day event cannot be received from the NPC currently due to an error found in the process of providing the item. Instead, the Retrieval Voucher will be given to all user after the scheduled maintenance on May 6, 2020 according to the number of characters possessed until the May 6th maintenance except the number of items already received.
