NOTE: This edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube contains 3 Package Costumes (Tuxedo Cat, Fried Chicken Poodle and Popolion), each composed of 1 head piece and one body costume. The head piece of these costumes is considered a Premium Hair item (not a hair accessory) and therefore it is not tradable, it cannot be moved via Team Storage, and it cannot be exchanged for medals at the Exchange Shop. Each costume + hair set can be traded while still in its unopened in Package form, however.

In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, starting from this week’s scheduled maintenance (July 4, 2017), we will be adopting a monthly TP spending limit for Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of creation. This means that players who have made fewer purchases on Steam since creating their account (in accordance with the account purchase information provided by Steam) may be restricted from using more than 300 TP in-game per month. After attempting to use more than 300 TP in one month, players with TP limits will see a message alerting them of this monthly restriction. If you find that a TP spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category so we can verify and process your request individually. Please note that this TP limit applies only to how much TP an account is allowed spend in-game. It does not restrict the amount of TP that players are able to purchase on Steam. Thank you.

In this maintenance, we will be rearranging the server machines in a way to ensure that map movements and other issues return to normal. Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the investigation on all accounts affected by the DPK errors and returned to normal the remaining accounts where trading restrictions were still in effect. We have also seized any items related to the DPK errors. This includes crafted items, Gems with enhanced levels, traded items and all items which may have been transformed by, exchanged with, or used in conjunction with the affected items. Some accounts were found to have committed serious offenses and were therefore restricted from accessing the game (see Restricted Accounts). We will be returning each account to its normal state after our evaluation of it is complete and all affected items have been seized. Special compensation for players to whom DPK-related restrictions were applied will be provided after all the remaining accounts have been processed (this excludes players deemed to have committed serious offenses, who will not be receiving compensation). We would like to inform players that we are in the process of seizing the items affected by the DPK errors from the remaining accounts involved, and that this process may cause certain players to lose access to the servers for a few moments. This also included items that were crafted using one or more of the affected material items including gems that were enhanced by these items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that no serious offense was committed. We have sent compensation to these unlocked accounts and special compensation will be provided after our investigation is complete. (Please read previous announcements for more information). We would like to mention that the remaining locked accounts require a deeper investigation. For example, for these accounts we have to thoroughly investigate whether or not certain transactions had negative effects on the market by checking profits and the amount of items that were distributed. Although we understand that this may not have been the true intention of these users, if these transactions affected the market, or if these users actions were deemed inexcusable, this will lead us to investigate these accounts again and to possibly set further restrictions. The extent of these restrictions will be known after our investigations are complete. Since we will have to check these accounts multiple times, investigating them will take a bit longer.
