[How to use the New Rank Booster DLC] Step 1. Retrieve the DLC product from your postbox by selecting a character you wish to give it to. Step 2. Use the 'New Rank Booster' DLC item from your inventory. Step 3. Receive the Daily Rewards by logging into Tree of Savior for 14 days! [IMPORTANT] 1. The items included in the DLC product may be changed in the future. If such a change is made, an announcement will be made at least 21-days beforehand. 2. Please make sure you are purchasing a product for your region. 3. You may only receive the items on one server so please choose carefully. 4. The reward counter cannot be paused/restarted once the item is used. Please make sure you wish to receive the rewards before using DLC product. 5. You must log in for 14 days in order to get all of the items. 6. You have 28 days to redeem the items after opening the package. The days will count down even if you do not log in to the game. We cannot help redeem items past the initial countdown. 7. All items, except for the 'Boss Bear Hat' and 'Dionys Armband', cannot be traded. This includes the items that come from the Armor/Weapon selection boxes.

This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

Greetings Saviors! It’s finally time to announce the winners of the Merry Me Fan Art Festival! As always, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this year’s Christmas theme. We here in the office love the Christmas season and were happy to see so many different TOS characters decorating trees and preparing meals together. And, as we mentioned before in the official Merry Me announcement, this time the prizes included 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("The Gifted Artist") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Odd Candy Bonus Redistributed
Greetings, Saviors. Following the recent measures taken to prevent the unfair use of the Odd Candy bonus distributed during this year’s Halloween events (read more about it here), we would like to announce that we have sent the messages containing the 2,000 Odd Candy bonus to eligible players who had yet to receive them. The bonus has been sent to players who participated in the Halloween event dungeon at least one time before November 16, 2017. The bonus message was sent only once per team, so players who had already opened their bonus message before they were put on hold (announcement here) will not be receiving the message again. To receive your 2,000 Odd Candy bonus, please check the Message Box at your lodge. Thank you.
[UPDATE] Odd Candy Bonus: Updated Measures
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce and clarify a few more details about the Odd Candy bonus that was put on hold earlier (announcement here). As you may know, we distributed a bonus of 2,000 Odd Candies to every player during the scheduled maintenance of November 14 as compensation for Halloween event-related issues. These Candies can be used as currency to purchase rewards in the ongoing Halloween events, and we received several reports by players concerned about inactive accounts being able to unfairly obtain and trade these event rewards by receiving the Candy bonus. Following this, we proceeded to put a hold on all lodge messages containing the Odd Candy bonus, in order to apply the changes necessary to minimize its unfair use. We have now placed appropriate restrictions on accounts found to have obtained and/or traded large amounts of the affected Halloween event items. The same measures will also be taken against any such accounts that may be discovered in the future. Most importantly, as of this date, only players who have participated at least one time in the Halloween event dungeon until today's temporary maintenance (from October 24 to November 16, 2017) will be eligible to receive the Odd Candy bonus. All other accounts, namely the aforementioned inactive accounts, or simply accounts that did not participate in the event until November 16, will NOT receive the message containing the 2,000 Odd Candies. Following these changes, we retrieved the excess Odd Candies and/or items obtained by using them from accounts - which doesn't follow new standard stated above - where the message containing the bonus had already been opened. According to the new standard, we will re-distribute the Candies tomorrow - 17th November. We will be back with another announcement after redistributing the blessed shards. Once again we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this process. We also thank all the players who took the time to report instances of unfair item use and voice their concerns on the event’s issues. Thank you.
