UPDATEGuilds Facing Issues Logging In

Greetings, Saviors!

Please let us know via the ticket system if your guild is still experiencing issues logging in after the Temporary Maintenance on September 29, 2017.

It will help us resolve the issue much faster if you provide your 'lastreplay' file from the following directory: Steam/steamapps/common/TreeOfSavior/release/replay 

Please note that you do not have to use the F12 function to record anything. The file will be automatically created.

[UPDATE] You may want to check if your client revision is "175015".

You can check your revision number in the 'revision.txt' file at the following directory : /SteamLibrary/ steamapps/ common/ TreeOfSavior/ release

If your revision number is not "175015", it means that you do not have the latest version and will need to re-download the client.


[UPDATE 2] It may take up to 5 minutes on the loading screen to properly log-on to the game. The screen may also turn white like it is not responding. We would like to humbly ask that you try waiting on the loading screen for a few minutes before closing the client.
