Additional Items Seized and Accounts Temporarily Suspended For Investigation
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that the investigation and processing of all accounts involved in the recent DPK errors is ongoing. We have also applied restrictions to accounts found in the possession of additional irregular DPK items that were not removed during the first round of maintenance. We will continue to investigate those accounts and retrieve any items deemed necessary. Our apologies once again for the inconvenience.
[COMPLETE] Re-opening of the [NA] Klaipeda and [SA] Silute servers and temporary suspension of certain accounts due to item retrieval procedures
Greetings Saviors, As previously announced, we are opening the [NA] Klaipeda and [SA] Silute servers for accounts which don't require items to be retrieved or other processing related to the recent DPK errors. The servers will be open in approximately 30 minutes at the following times: [UPDATED] [EDT] 10:40 / [BRT] 11:40 , June 3, 2017 Also, please note that some accounts will be temporarily suspended due item retrieval procedures and will be unblocked as soon as they are processed by us. We will be setting separate guidelines for items with high and low DPK ratios and be retrieving the items based on those guidelines. Accounts shown to have traded large quantities of items or otherwise committed offenses will have all of the items seized and also have suspension periods levied based on the severity of their actions. We will not be receiving tickets regarding this matter, so we would like to kindly ask for your understanding. There will be a separate announcement once the results have been finalized. Compensation will be provided to those accounts that had merely been in possession of more than the usual number of items depending on the total duration of the restriction period through another announcement. Finally, we wish to provide the following items via GM message to your Barracks as an apology for causing so much inconvenience with this issue. Please retrieve the message no later than until EDT 6th of June 23:59. Maintenance Extended in [NA]Klaipeda and [SA] Silute
Greetings Saviors, Due to the recent abnormal item drop issues, [NA] Klaipeda and [SA] Silute have been closed so we may retrieve back the problematic items and assess the current DPK situation. We believe that processing the accounts of involved users and the items themselves may take longer than expected. Maintenance on the servers is expected to last another 4 hours minimum. We will announce further details 30 minutes before that period ends. Once the servers open, they will only be available for accounts not affected by or related to the DPK errors. All other accounts will remain temporarily restricted until maintenance is complete. The process of retrieving the affected items shoud take up a long period of time, for which we ask your understanding. We will keep you updated on the situation with further announcements. UPDATE : Maintenance is now complete in [NA]Orsha, [EU]Fedimian, [SEA]Telsiai and [SEA]Varena servers. Make sure to retrieve your compensation items from the Message Box at your Lodge. We regret to inform that this temporary maintenance has been extended in the [NA]Klaipeda and [SA]Silute servers. Announcement for DPK issue maintenance
Greetings Saviors, We would like to offer our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion caused by the abnormal DPK rations. We have conducted a full review of the game logs related to item drops and have decided to take the following actions. First, regarding the items that had unusual item drop ratios, only one item will be left per user. The rest will be retrieved. This is because we want to minimalize the effect on the players and the in-game economy. Accounts that have obtained more than 2 of the items with unusual drop rates will be temporarily blocked for retrieval purposes. These players will be unblocked as soon as the retrieval process is complete. This will only extend to those who did not trade the item via personal trading, the market or use the item to craft other items. Players who have been temporarily suspended due to the removal of items will receive compensation equal to how long they were suspended based on the same rules as for When we provide compensation for temporary maintenance. However, please note that players who have used this chance to try to exploit and profit from it by conducting massive trade etc shall be punished accordingly. We will announce the severity of the punishments in a later announcement. [COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 2, 2017
We have run into issues on the [SA] Silute server. As such, the [SA] Silute server will undergo additional maintenance. Our most sincere apologies to the [SA] Silute server players. Greetings, Saviors! We will soon carry out maintenance across all servers due to the following reasons. 1. On May 30, 2017, we had announced that 'DPK ratings will no longer be reset when a server is restarted for maintenance purposes or abnormally.' However, we have found that there were issues where the DPK of certain items were found to be abnormal. As such, the lower DPK ratings will be fixed during this maintenance. 2. We have discovered that the Fortune Cookies obtained from the 'Luck of the Anvils' event had been erroneously giving 7-day Tokens. All such Tokens will be removed and Token benefit time deducted from those that have already used the Tokens. Our sincere apologies for the confusion.
