[UPDATE] Known Issues: Instability

Greetings, Saviors.   We are aware that current server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. [RESOLVED] [SEA] Telsiai Connection Issue

Greetings Saviors. We have received some connection reports from [SEA] Telsiai due to temporary server unrest.  The issues have been resolved now. Please let us know if the problem re-occurs.  Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

[NA] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 22, 2018

Greetings Savior,   We will soon perform a short maintenance for [NA] sever in order to fix the following issue:    1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8   - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau.   Please refer to the schedule below. [EDT]  21:10 - 21:40   Note that this maintenance will only affect [NA] Klaipeda. All other servers will remain open during the procedure.
