[Fan Art Festival] Happy 2 Year Anniversary
Greetings Saviors! This time around the Fan Art Festival theme is… Happy 2 Year Anniversary Edition! Tree of Savior is almost two years old! To celebrate this day we choose to 2 Year Anniversary theme for fun! We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating our two-year anniversary. What will you do for our TOS 2 year anniversary? Playing TOS? Show us how will you spend TOS Happy 2 Year Anniversary! We will be accepting submissions from now until Mar 6th 00:00 EST. From Mar 6th 02:00 EST until Mar 8th 00:00 EST voting will commence. PRIZES INCLUDE: 500 TP + A Surprise Gift + In-Game Title (“Happy 2 Year Anniversary”) + Your art as an in-game loading screen (Prizes will be given out during the scheduled maintenance on Mar 13th. The surprise gift will be the next costume to appear in the Goddess' Blessed Cube). Similar to the previous festival, a total of 13 pieces will be chosen. - 7 pieces will be picked by User Vote by receiving the most "Likes" by the Forum Users. - 6 pieces will be personally picked by Staff (after users have voted). HOW TO ENTER: Log into the TOS Official Forum and upload your art to the Fansite / Fan Art Category. The title of your post should start with “[SUBMIT]” and should include the name of your piece. Inside your post, make sure to write the Title, Your Server Name, and Team Name plus a short description about your art. When the submission period ends, an official voting thread with all the works of art will be created by the Staff. Only the "likes" received in this official thread will be counted as user votes. Art Requirements: Format: JPG/PNG/PSD Size: 1920*1080px, 300dpi The art must be related to the theme Acceptable mediums: - Illustration - Comic panels - An image that utilizes in-game screenshots or material. - Real-life photography, or images that utilize such, will not be accepted - Please note: We will exclude votes cast by forum accounts that shared the same IP addresses after reviewing the accounts. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this change. Policies and Disclaimers imcGAMES will not be held responsible for (a) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages, caused by events beyond the control of imcGAMES; (b) damages caused by plagiarized work submitted by the artist; or (c) inconvenience caused by human error or typographical errors in the rules or promotional material. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

[UPDATE] [RESOLVED] Issues Detected on the 'Silute' Server
Greetings, Saviors. We are aware that the 'Silute' server has instability issues. As such, we are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as possible. If you are experiencing any issues with the game, please send a ticket describing the problem via our Support page. Thank you. Note: Please be advised that a compensation will be sent later on. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Please note that this is necessary in order to fix the issue and stabilize the channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
February 2018 Limited Edition Golden Pup
Greetings Saviors, It’s no secret that our Developers have been working on a new doggy companion, but what you may not have known is that we will be releasing not only Goro, but also a new limited edition Golden Pup that will be available from the Goddess' Blessed Cube in February. This Golden Pup was created to celebrate the fact that this year is the Year of the Dog. Or, more precisely, the Year of the “Golden” Dog. For those of our players who are already familiar with the Lunar Calendar and the Chinese Zodiac, this will not come as a surprise. But for everyone else, this year, starting on February 16th is the Year of the Golden Dog. How was this decided? Well, to number the years, one system used in conjunction with the Lunar Calendar is the Stem-and-Branches system. The Stem-and-Branches system is a cycle of sixty terms used for telling time in traditional East Asian culture. These terms consist of two Chinese characters paired up according to their yin and yang. So the term for this year can be translated into Golden Dog. This then means that we can call 2018 the Year of the Golden Dog, a designation that comes around only once every sixty years. To celebrate this special event we will be offering a limited edition companion named, Golden Pup to help ring-in the year. Who wouldn't want to start the year of the royal doggo with a royal doggo of their own? Don't forget that this 2018 limited edition Golden Pup will be available from the Goddess' Blessed Cube in February! We hope you will look forward to his arrival as we all move to celebrate the Lunar New Year!

[Fan Art Festival Results] 4 New Classes Edition
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the Rank Update: 4 New Classes Fan Art Festival! As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this season’s theme. It was heartwarming to see how you, the players, envisioned the new TOS classes. Some pieces focused on love, some on the bond between student and teacher, and others simply on looking so amazingly cool! But all of the pieces gave a look into what aspects of the new classes you guys find impressive -- and that made this Fan Art Festival even more fun for us. Anyway, as we mentioned before in the official Rank Update: 4 New Classes announcement, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("New Class Artist") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen.
