Compensation for Instability Issues
Greetings, Saviors. As announced earlier, we will soon be sending out compensation for recent instability issues to players in all servers. Common Compensation The following items will be delivered today to your team’s Message Box: - EXP Tome (14 Days) x3 - Challenge Mode One Entry Voucher (14 Days) x2 - Instanced Dungeon Multiply Token (14 Days) x2 These items will be sent to all teams in all servers. Please retrieve these items from your lodge within one month (check the expiry date of the message), and remember that timed items are untradeable and cannot be transferred via Team Storage. Feedback Rewards We will also be rewarding players who contribute with detailed, valuable feedback on instability issues via our Support ticket system with the following: - [Event] Token (30 Days) x1 This reward will be sent one time per team and only during scheduled maintenances. This reward applies only to players with tickets submitted from the date of this announcement. To be eligible for a feedback reward, your ticket must include all of the following information (players who submitted tickets before this announcement will also be eligible, even if one or two pieces of information are missing from the ticket): - Basic account info (server, team name) - Region (country/state/city where you access the game from) - Full PC specifications - Network status (ping test results*) - Addon use (do you use any, and if so which) - Antivirus use (do you use any, and if so which) - Precise dates and times of lag occurrence (server time) - Time when you first noticed an increase in general lag symptoms - Map(s) where you experienced severe lag - Sample video showing at least more than a few seconds of instability symptoms (YouTube link) * How to Run Your Ping Test 1) If you play in [SA] Silute, follow the instructions in [this post] (the first command test, not the online CloudPing test). 2) If you play in other servers, use the same test but replace “s3.sa-east-1.amazonaws.com” in the command with information from your own server: For [NA] Klaipeda, type “s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com”. For [EU] Fedimian, type “s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com”. For [SEA] Telsiai, type “s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com”. 3) In your ticket (not on the forums), attach a screenshot of the results, as exemplified in the post linked above.

[UPDATE] Status of Event Items (Transcendence Changes)
Greetings Saviors, We previously announced a few changes to the transcendence system scheduled for the content update of May 29, 2018. These changes, however, were not applied to untradable event items obtained through events. The status of these items is as follows. 1. Items acquired from events will not have their transcendence reset. - This means that the items will remain the same as before. Nothing about them will change, and they will remain in possession of the corresponding player. 2. However, you will receive part of the total required amount of Blessed Gems to reach the final transcendence level of the item. The number of Blessed Gems you receive will correspond to the [amount required before the changes] minus the [amount required after the changes]. - These Blessed Gems can be retrieved from your Market's Retrieve tab after the scheduled maintenance of June 5, 2018. Our apologies for the confusion caused by the previous announcements on this subject. Second Territory Wars Beta Test Complete
Greetings, Saviors! The second GTW testing period in [NA] Klaipeda is officially over, and once again we would like to thank all the guilds who participated in the six days of Territory Wars sessions. Similar to what happened after the first round of tests, we will continue performing unofficial tests, this time on all server regions. Make sure to read all the details below. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until May 29, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions on all servers to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the servers' live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) These tests will take place in all servers. The sessions in each region may follow different schedules according to the needs of the test and the characteristics of each server region. Also, the schedule of the tests may be altered at any time without prior notice. 2) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for rewards. 3) The additional tests may not have a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 4) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 5) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in all servers. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for implementation according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses. Notice on Russia Connection Issues
Greetings, Saviors. Due to recent regional IP restrictions and related measures, players located in Russia have reported experiencing connection issues when attempting to access TOS from their region. If you play Tree of Savior from Russia, you may be unable to access your server and/or certain maps in the game. As this is a situation we are unable to control, we would like to advise players affected by this issue to contact their internet service provider for a possible solution. Meanwhile, you may also use a trustworthy VPN service to circumvent the IP restrictions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
