This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 23:00 to 23:30 (May 16, 2017) / [BRT] 00:00 to 00:30 (May 17, 2017) Please note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server. This maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 06:30 to 07:00 / [BRT] 07:30 to 08:00 (May 17, 2017) Please note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server. Other servers will remain open during the period above. Thank you.
Adjustments on Res Sacrae Maximum Level
Greetings Saviors! Res Sacrae, a new high-level item, was added during the Episode 13 update on February 2, 2021. This new item was designed to require a lot of investment from the Saviors as it is one of the items required at the highest level. Due to the high demand for goods, it is difficult for many Saviors to actually become stronger by investing more than a certain amount of goods in Res Sacrae. But over time, there are a few Saviors who have reached a high-level Res Sacrae. If this continues, the gap between the Savior is likely to widen in the future. In order to prevent and ease this gap, we will temporarily restrict(lock) the maximum Res Sacrae level from the current 20 to 10. This measure is not permanent and we will gradually release it by monitoring the Savior's growth rate and overall Res Sacrae enhancement status in the server. Regards, IMC Staf
[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. As a Compensation, we will provide User at Siltue, with 3 Exp tomes and multiply. Again, we are sorry for the troubles that you faced and hope you have a nice weekend ahead. Thank you
[UPDATE] Extended Maintenance August 18, 2020
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that today's scheduled maintenance will be extended on [SA] Silute, [SA] Season due to additional maintenance. The maintenance will take place on the following schedule: [BRT] 02:00 ~ 08:00 (August 18, 2020) The compensation for the extended maintenance will be given to your mailbox and removed after a certain period, thus we suggest that you take them all as soon as possible. Greetings Saviors, The following issue has recently come to our attention: - Inaccurate event notice for the Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event We would like to let you know that this is not a bug but a mistake on our part in preparing the event notice. The Goddess' Blessed Cube Special Reward Event was meant to provide players with +1 A or B-rank item with every 25 cubes opened. Our event page will be corrected immediately and the following compensation will be issued: 1 x Random A-rank Goddess' Blessed Cube item for every +1 Special Reward Event item that a player has received We will thoroughly investigate our logs to compile the list of players who were affected by this and deliver the compensations after the sale of our current Goddess' Blessed Cube has ended. [NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. Please note that this is necessary in order to fix the issue and stabilize the channels. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
