Announcement on EST and EDT change
Greetings, Saviors! We have been managing the standard server time based on EST and EDT. This requires additional temporary maintenances every March and November when the Summer Time applies. And the shift of server time affected some contents bound to a specific time in a negative way. Also, it caused confusion to the Saviors who do not belong to the EST/EDT timeline. Therefore, we will not apply the Summer Time from now on. The server time will be fixed to the current EST. The time displayed on the minimap will be fixed to current EST and will not be affected by the Summer Time. The time for contents will be as follow: GTW Klaipeda/Audra - 20:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 14:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 07:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 18:00 EST Gemstone Feud (Uniform Mode) Klaipeda/Audra - 21:00 EST Fedimian/Daiva - 15:00 EST Telsiai/Sigita - 08:00 EST Silute/Lenja - 19:00 EST The server time is no longer subject to be changed. But the open time of the contents can be changed for your convenience or request.
[RESOLVED] Server Connection Issues in [SEA] Telsiai and Varena - May 9, 2017
UPDATE: The [SEA] servers are back up and you should be able to access them now. Compensation for the connection issues has also been sent to all teams on the Telsiai and Varena servers. Please collect it until May 12, 2017. Greetings, Saviors! We have detected connection issues in the [SEA] servers and are currently looking into the source of the problem. We will update this announcement once we have more details about the issue. Thank you for your understanding.
[UPDATE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - September 6, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance for ALL SERVERS in order to carry out the following. - Fix server instability issues that occurred following the scheduled maintenance on September 4, 2018. This maintenance is expected to take place on the following schedule: [EDT] 02:00 AM - 03:30 AM [BRT] 03:00 AM - 04:30 AM [CEST] 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM [SGT] 02:00 PM - 03:30 PM Note that this maintenance will affect ALL SERVERS. We will update this announcement once the maintenance is complete.

Notice on Russia Connection Issues
Greetings, Saviors. Due to recent regional IP restrictions and related measures, players located in Russia have reported experiencing connection issues when attempting to access TOS from their region. If you play Tree of Savior from Russia, you may be unable to access your server and/or certain maps in the game. As this is a situation we are unable to control, we would like to advise players affected by this issue to contact their internet service provider for a possible solution. Meanwhile, you may also use a trustworthy VPN service to circumvent the IP restrictions. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
[UPDATE] [Known Issue] Borutos Kapas Spawn Issue at SEA
Greetings, Saviors We are aware of the situation that in SEA server's Borutas is not spawned on correct timeline. We are suspecting the localized timeline is causing issues, which means, Borutas will not going to be spawned Today at SEA Again we are sorry for causing such inconveniencies and we are reviewing proper compensation for this matter

[Notice] Future Status Changes Regarding Dormant Teams in the Telsiai Server
Greetings, Saviors! In this posting, we would like to announce the details about the future status changes regarding the dormant teams in the Telsiai (SEA) server. Target Team - Teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 (the exact date will be announced in the future notice) ※ Teams that have a record of purchasing 10TP or above are not switched to dormant status. (This does not include teams that have only purchased steam DLC.) ※ If you have a team for multiple servers in a single account, the team in the SEA server must meet the criteria above to stay active. (Even if the team made in the NA server has purchased TP and logged in to the game, the team in the SEA server of the same account is still switched to dormant if it doesn't have records of purchasing and logging in.) Details 1. The teams of the Telsiai (SEA) server that do not have a record of entering the game from March 31, 2022 to April 2023 will be switched to a dormant team. - When a team is switched to dormant status, the existing team will be removed and the UI for creating a new team will pop up upon entering the barrack. 2. If you wish to remove the dormant status from your team, you can send us a ticket before December 31, 2023. - This request is only accepted when sent by the owner of the account. - The request is applied during the scheduled maintenance every week. ※ If you already made a new team before requesting to remove the dormant status from the original team, this new team will be deleted. 3. [UPDATE] Known Issues: April 9, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Mouse Mode is not working properly - The mouse mode is not working properly after the scheduled maintenance of April 9 for some players. We have fixed the suspected part. Please restart your client to start the patch process for this issue. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
