Symbol of Wealth Removed From Goddess Blessed Cube
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to announce that the Symbol of Wealth accessory erroneously added to this month's edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube during the latest scheduled maintenance has been removed from the list of items obtainable from the cube. You may still see the exchange button available when attempting to exchange a Symbol of Wealth for medals at the Exchange Shop UI, but please note that Symbol of Wealth items can no longer be exchanged for medals at the Exchange Shop. We will not be removing the items from characters' inventories, so you can keep any Symbol of Wealth accessories you may have obtained from the Goddess' Blessed Cube. If you acquired a Symbol of Wealth from a Goddess' Blessed Cube and wish to exchange it, however, kindly send us a ticket via our Support page to receive 2 Goddess' Blessed Cubes in return. Remember that Rank Cards can only be used at the rank that precedes them. - The Rank Reset Voucher can only be used inside the cities of Klaipeda, Orsha and Fedimian. - To use the Voucher, you must unequip all items. - Any attributes you may be learning need to be complete before you use the Voucher. - The character to reset cannot be followed by a companion, so remember to leave your companion in your team lodge. - You cannot be using a shop (eg. a buff shop) at the time when the Voucher is used. - You cannot be crafting/enhancing items, enhancing gems or combining cards at the time when the Voucher is used. - If your character is a Templar and a guild master, you will need to transfer the guild to a new guild master or abandon the guild before you can use the Rank Reset Voucher. - Remember that you can be restricted from equipping any Circle 3 costumes you may have depending on the class you choose after the reset. - Remember that your character will have to be female in order to advance into Miko. B. After using the Rank Reset Voucher - Your character will be reset to class level 1, and you will be provided with enough Class EXP Cards to get your character back to the rank it was before the reset. You will be able to recover your pre-reset class level and EXP in full even if your character hasn’t reached class level 15. - All the attributes you learned will be reset and converted into attribute points, which you can use to learn new attributes at the corresponding Class Master. - All Monster Cards will be unequipped and sent to your inventory with no penalty applied. - Companion vouchers obtained from class advancements will be deleted. Already existing companions will not be deleted, but no additional vouchers will be provided if the corresponding companion already exists in your team. - The Rank Reset Voucher will not reset your stat points. = Stat Reset Potion = A. This item will reset all the stat points applied to your character. B. Your reset stats will be converted into status points that you can use to increase your stats again in the Character Info (F1) window. Press Shift and right-click to apply 10 points at a time. IMPORTANT 1. The Reset Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Fresh Start Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Reset Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server.
[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - Feb 20, 2019

We will shortly begin a period of temporary maintenance across all servers in order to correct the following issues: 1) Players being unable to craft items or enhance gems/cards. 2) V key not working for quest items. 3) Discrepancies in the Wake Up Enhancement Package (see link here for updated announcement). 4) Potion recipes appearing as finished potions in the Wake Up All-in-One Package. 5) Popo Points not increasing with TP spent (players who already spent TP will be compensated with the corresponding PP during the maintenance). No Maintenance on Sep 25, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform you that there will be no maintenance performed during the next week. That means we will skip September 25 and instead schedule the next maintenance for October 2, 2018. We expect to release the patch notes for this maintenance around October 1 (Monday), as usual. Starting from October 2, our regular maintenance schedule will return to normal (once every Tuesday), unless stated otherwise. Thank you.
Regarding the Giltine's Crown of Thorns level
Greetings, saviors! This posting is to announce the official decision for Giltine's Crown of Thorns level. We are removing the level limitation of Giltine's Crown of Thorns by stages. This message is from CEO Hakkyu, Kim to the saviors of TOS: Hello saviors, this is Hakkyu Kim. Previously, I have discussed the Res Sacrae with users at the official Discord channel and stated that there will be no Giltine's Crown of Thorns Lv.20. However, after discussing the current status and the future update with the dev team, we have come to the conclusion that the removal of the level limit is inevitable. The reason we've decided to remove the level limitation is as follows: 1. Balance gap between Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) (which has Lv.20 Res Sacrae) and Tree of Savior (English ver.) is and will be getting bigger as new contents are updated according to the development plans. 2. Because the maximum level of Res Sacrae in Tree of Savior (Korean Ver.) is 20, many saviors have already collected the materials to level up assuming that it will be applied ITos as well in the future. 3. The average level of the users has increased over time after the Res Sacrae has been updated, and a sufficient amount of materials required to enhance Res Sacrae were released ingame. However, we will expand the level limit stage by stage to ease the gap between users who've already collected the materials and who have not. We will also return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Hakkyu Kim A. Schedule for expanding Max. level of Res Sacrae - 1st expansion will be up to Lv.14 and applied during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th. ※ The reason we've decided to apply Lv.14 on July 12th is because our next big update (lama patch) is due on the same day. It seemed reasonable since this update includes the Demonic Sanctuary (Solo) and Res Sacrae Solo (hard). - The level will be expanded to Lv.16, 18, and 20 by order. (specific dates will be announced later) B. For those who have exchanged the materials via contents point shop We will return the items for those who've already exchanged the Res Sacrae materials into Contents Points. - Items exchanged into Contents Points from June 27th to July 10th: Exchanged back to items during the scheduled maintenance on July 12th ▶ Target Items: Purified Breath of Power, Breath of Power Purifier, Breath of Power - Contents Points obtained will be retrieved and the items will be given to the market retrieve tab. ※ If the points have already been used and are not enough to deduct, the points you have will be set as - (minus). Deletion of [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe]
Greetings Saviors, The [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] which can be purchased via Sage Envoy NPC in Sajunga Road will be removed from the scheduled maintenance on November 24, 2020. [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] left in the inventory will be removed on November 24, and will be refunded with the same amount of silver used to purchase the removed item. - Silvers will be given according to where the [Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe] item was. ▶ Stored in personal storage/market > Market Retrieve Tab of the character ▶ Stored in Team Storage > Market Retrieve Tab of the corresponding server's first character of the lodge ※ Crafting the Division Singularity Multiply Token won't be able, due to the deletion of Division Singularity Multiply Token Recipe. ※ Crafted Division Singularity Multiply Token will not be removed, so it will still be available for use.
