[SA] Adventure Journal Points Delayed to Oct 10
Greetings, Saviors. As you may know from the patch notes of today’s scheduled maintenance, this week’s big update includes the new version of the Adventure Journal, with new rewards for Growth and Exploration delivered based on your previous achievements. In order to apply this update to the game, all points obtained in those categories must be converted into the new point system in order for players to receive the corresponding rewards once they login after the maintenance. Unfortunately, processing that data in [SA] Silute is taking longer than expected, so we have decided to open the server WITHOUT applying the new Adventure Journal points for the time being. These points will be applied during the next scheduled maintenance on October 10, 2017. We would like to note that your Growth and Exploration point data is safely stored and intact (this includes your previous data as well as the new data generated after you log back into the server). We are merely delaying their application to the game in order to avoid denying access to the server any longer. We apologize for this issue and thank you for your patience while the new Adventure Journal point data is being processed.
The Art of Love Fan Art Festival - IP Theft
Greetings Saviors, We are sorry to announce that there was a case of IP theft during the "The Art of Love" Fan Art Festival. We have removed the piece, which submitted by Tsun**** - "The Love on Fire!", from the game, the announcement and Facebook. The removal of the in-game image will require a small patch that should be applied via Steam's servers soon. All prizes will be deprived as stated in the Festival's policies and disclaimers section. On Recent Enhancement Errors
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to offer some clarification on an item enhancement issue recently made known through our forums. The Error A problem was discovered where a specific item of 0 Potential failed to be destroyed even after several failed enhancement attempts. The same error could not be reproduced when we looked into the case, but investigating the “Error code: 9” message that accompanied it led us to the following conclusions: 1) In the database, the item was protected through the “item lock” function, but in the game server it was being mistaken for an unlocked item, something we believe is an extremely rare occurrence. 2) Enhancement attempts cannot be performed on locked items, of course, but because of this occurrence the attempt went through. 3) When the enhancement failed, a request was made to the database to destroy the item, but because the item was considered as locked in the database, it generated an integrity error. 4) Since an exception was created that allowed the item not to be destroyed, the game server should counteract that with a rollback, but due to its insufficient exception handling ability that is not what happened. Further Investigation Upon finding out about this error, we performed an investigation on equipment items across all iTOS servers to determine whether the same error had occurred in the past. We found two other instances of this error, spread across two different accounts. The results showed that both affected items had already been seized. Date & time Item Level Details 2017-Nov-08 05:29:44 Skull Breaker 315 - The item was considered as destroyed 7 times, so it was detected and seized by our team. 2017-Aug-23 17:01:21 Toy Hammer 75 - The item was considered as destroyed 3 times, so it was detected and seized by our team. In conclusion, the two items affected by this error no longer existed in the game. Future Measures We have now implemented a system that detects cases like this in real-time, and we will also be performing regular investigations to check for potential problems. Through future patch updates, we have plans to resolve discrepancies between server and database, and reinforce the processing logic responsible for determining the success of enhancement attempts. These updates will be applied to the game as soon as possible. Q&A 1) Does that mean the bug is fixed now? The error isn’t completely fixed yet, but even if it does occur again we are ready to detect and process it within a short amount of time. 2) Is there a way to reproduce the bug in-game right now? Some players have suggested that the error can be reproduced through specific addons, but we have yet to find any connection between them. We would also like to add that enhancement attempts performed one hit at a time or three hits at once are a mere visual difference and do not affect the actual chances of success. We offer our apologies for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

TOS Support Guild
Greetings saviors, We are going to announce [TOS Support Guild] and [Guild Vice-guild Master Selection]. Have your full attention please:)!! TOS Support Guild ■ Summary TOS Support Guild is a systemized guild that helps the savior understand the Tree of Savior, and to make them enjoy together. The purpose is to make new/returning saviors to naturally join the regular guild and ultimately activate the community, which is the key of MMORPG. ■ How to join TOS Support Guild Join Automatically With the TOS Support Guild update, every team that meets the following condition will automatically join the Support Guild. ① Every team who have logged in within 3 days and have no record of abandoning the Guild ② New team created after the update How to Join Find [TOS Support Guild] in [Guild Promotion Board(Alt+R)] and click [Apply to Join]. - You can register more fastly when you click ‘Check online members with authority to accept applications’ and whisper. - Registration may be restricted when you have a history of violating the operating policy. ■ FAQ Q. Who is the Guild Master of the Support Guild? Although the GM is set as the Guild Master due to the system configuration, the Vice Guild Master is responsible for the actual operation and management of the guild. The Guild Master(GM) will not be involved in any issues except for major issues related to Vice Guild Master selection and operation, and will only monitor the Support guild so that it can be operated according to its purpose. In addition, all records (including authority usage and chat) of the Guild Master(GM) will be kept and inspected and thoroughly managed so that there are no incidents. Q. Can Support Guild also participate in competitions with other guilds such as Guild Territory War? You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other combats since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. Guild Quest: Sulivinas Lair is also not available as it is difficult to distribute the reward fairly. Q. I was invited to the Support Guild automatically (or joined by registration) but want to move to another guild. There are no penalties(time limit on rejoining) when leaving the Support Guild. You can leave the guild whenever you want. Also, you can rejoin the Support Guild even after you leave the guild. ※ Guild members who haven’t logged in for 90 days or more will be abandoned every scheduled maintenance. ※ In cases that goes against the purpose of the Support Guild such as, repeated joining-abandoning guild, intentional profit-seeking behavior, and impolite behavior within the guild, there may be restrictions on service usage according to the game policy.(ex;Expelled and permanently banned from the Support Guild) ※ Re-joining the Support Guild is available after 1 week of abandoning the guild. Vice Guild Master Selection Support Guild is run by selecting one Vice Guild Master for each world. Vice Guild Masters will share their experience and knowledge about TOS, process various contents, and support the fun and activities that can be enjoyed in the TOS community. ■ Vice Guild Master’s Role As the main operator body of the TOS Support Gild, Vice Guild Master helps new/returning saviors who joined the guild settle down and play various guild events ■ Vice Guild Master Selection Number of Recruitment 1 per each server (Total 4) Recruit Period June 21, 2021 ~ July 6, 2021 Announce Date July 12, 2021 Activity Period July 13, 2021 ~ September 10, 2021 ※ Can be continued according to the Vice Guild Master's intention and activity records after 2 months. [Fan Art Festival Results] Monster Mash
Greetings Saviors! It’s finally time to announce the winners of the Monster Mash Fan Art Festival! We would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate in this season’s spooky theme. We received some very interesting submissions ranging from evil monster-hunting saviors to tricks being played on unsuspecting TOS monsters. They were a fright to see and we were happily scared. Now, as we mentioned before in the official Monster Mash announcement, this time the prizes included 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("Monster Inker") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of September 26th, however, the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume will be delivered to the winners when the Cube is officially announced.
