Greetings, Saviors! In order for players to get back into the game as soon as possible, we have unlocked the following accounts as we have finished investigating and processing them. This includes items crafted using one or more affected material items and gems enhanced using one or more affected items. We did this in all accounts where we deemed that there was no serious offense committed. We will proceed to analyze and release more accounts as the investigations continue, after which we will be processing related tickets. Details about this step will be announced separately. Compensation has been sent to the accounts released today, according to the total duration of their suspension. Special compensation will be provided after the investigation of all accounts is complete. Currently, our investigation is focused on analyzing cases in which the items in question have been circulated, i.e. transferred from the character that first obtained them to another character or companion within the team. Cases in which the items are no longer contained within the team of the character that first obtained them (if they were moved via the Market or personal trade to another account), will take longer to process, particularly in accounts with a large number of items circulated. We'll continue to work towards releasing the remaining accounts and allowing players to return to the game as soon as we can. Thank you.
Announcement regarding event rewards
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that there was a slight issue with the event rewards for the first day. Several players were able to obtain rewards meant for another day instead of the rewards intended to be given for the first day. This was unintentional and we have reset the properties related to the event as of 05:20 A.M. (EDT) September 13th, 2016. Players will now receive the intended reward for the first day. Any players that have finished the quest before this time will have had their quest status reset. Therefore, those players will be able to do the event quest once more and receive the rewards for the first day. Please make sure to redo today's event quest before the day is over to be able to receive the second reward tomorrow. Halloween-special Fan Art Fest Results!
Greetings Saviors. We have had so many great submissions for the Halloween-special Fan Art Fest. We'd like to thank every one of participants and those who have supported this event through comments and likes as well. Now, after several rigorous internal voting sessions, we have selected quite appropriately 13 artworks that will be on the ingame loading screens. We would like to remind you that is was no easy task picking just a few from all the great and spooky artworks. So, if your submission was not selected please, don't be discouraged. The following is the list of artworks that are scheduled to be included in the loading screens after the Scheduled Maintenance of October 25th. Adventure Journal Renewal – First Notice
Greetings, Saviors. We’re planning to improve on some of the problems affecting Adventure Journal contents, and for that we would like to notify you of a few big changes that are taking place in the near future. 1) Data registered in the Adventure Journal will be applied on a per-team basis, instead of the current per-character setup. This means you will have a single Adventure Journal shared with all the characters of your team, and the contents you play with each character will all contribute to your team’s common Adventure Journal. 2) Data currently registered in Adventure Journals will be deleted, and all compensation-related content will be revised. 3) Current Adventure Journal rewards can only be received before the renewal, so make sure to collect any rewards you may have from your Adventure Journal achievements before the changes are applied. Details about which contents will be changed and how they will change will be shared in a future announcement, along with the renewal schedule. Make sure to keep an eye on our News page for more updates.
