Greetings Saviors, It appears that there has been another DDoS attack on the [SA]Silute Server at approximately 19 o'clock, May 24th, 2016. Please submit a ticket if you are unable to access the game so we may move you to a starting city. Hello, Saviors. We are aware that some people at Fedimian server are experiencing problems connecting to the game from their Lodges and/or entering Lodges from the server selection screen. For now, if you continuously click on Enter (from the server selection screen) and/or Start Game (from your lodge), you would eventually go into the game. Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce an update regarding DLC restrictions and the policy on TP compensation for the Token price reduction. You will now be able to receive your DLC products as we have lifted all restrictions. We are also aware that there were users unable to receive compensation as their Token was stuck in the GM message box. TP compensation will be provided to the players who had DLC products (Exclusive Access 2 & Veteran's Packs) unopened in their message box after they receive them in-game in order to determine the server on which they wish to receive their compensation. Please send us a ticket after receiving your DLC products so we can send you the relevant TP compensation. However, please note that you must request TP compensation for the Tokens included in the DLC products within 30 days from this announcement to be eligible.
