[COMPLETED] Connection Issues at Fedimian Server

Hello, Saviors. We are aware that some people at Fedimian server are experiencing problems connecting to the game from their Lodges and/or entering Lodges from the server selection screen. For now, if you continuously click on Enter (from the server selection screen) and/or Start Game (from your lodge), you would eventually go into the game. We are looking into it and we will change the title of this announcement to Completed once the problem gets fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Sincerely, IMC Staff

Update on DLC restrictions and TP compensation for Token price reduction

Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce an update regarding DLC restrictions and the policy on TP compensation for the Token price reduction. You will now be able to receive your DLC products as we have lifted all restrictions. We are also aware that there were users unable to receive compensation as their Token was stuck in the GM message box. TP compensation will be provided to the players who had DLC products (Exclusive Access 2 & Veteran's Packs) unopened in their message box after they receive them in-game in order to determine the server on which they wish to receive their compensation.  Please send us a ticket after receiving your DLC products so we can send you the relevant TP compensation. However, please note that you must request TP compensation for the Tokens included in the DLC products within 30 days from this announcement to be eligible. Greetings Saviors!  Apologies for the continuation of poor connectivity to the Klaipeda server today.  We will be performing some quick maintenance. Only Klaipeda will be affected.  Klaipeda will be down for approximately 30 minutes. You won't have access to it during this period of time.  We'll open the server early if we finish the work before our scheduled time.  - Maintenance hours: 02:35 a.m. ~ 03:05 a.m. (EDT)  [30 minutes]  - Compensation reward:  1.5 hour extension on periodic items  Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
