This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
Blocked Users in [SEA] Servers and Bot Classifier Update
Greetings, Saviors. Due to a recent lapse in our Bot Classifier, a number of players were mistakenly deemed bot users and had their accounts blocked as a result. We would like to announce that these accounts have now been unblocked and that their corresponding teams have been compensated with the following items: - 15-Day Event Token (untradable) - EXP Tome x4 - Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x4 Below is the list of accounts affected. [SEA] Telsiai PinoyAllSta** Telkar** TIM** Bi** Gannicus** S** DadenMa** Shiny** Secretp** DAFFA** [SEA] Varena RoyalDu** Jycans-Wo** SantosRepubl** Shia** Karven** Sora20** Sponklo** About RII and the Bot Classifier As you may know, we make use of our Bot Classifier for finding bot users and examining bot reports, partly by taking into account the RII of other players (see our Dev Blog post here for details). Until now, using the RII of the reporting players has helped signal the offending users to the Bot Classifier, giving us a clue as to which users are more likely to be bot accounts. This high reliance on RII, however, has caused some innocent players to be considered as bot users as well. For this reason, we have decided to slightly change how reported cases are handled. The reporting players’ RII will still count towards the probability of the reported user being a bot, and will signal to the Bot Classifier which accounts are more likely to be using them. However, the RII of the reporting users will no longer influence our decision when determining whether the reported accounts are using bots or not, and they will be judged solely on their in-game behavior and other Bot Classifier criteria. Finally, to players whose access to the game is being denied, if you find that your account has been unfairly blocked, make sure to send us a ticket through our Support page so we may reevaluate your case. Compensation for [SA] Silute Connection Issues

[Coming Soon!] 64bit & DirectX11
Greetings saviors, this is the Dev. team of Tree of saviors. We are here to inform you that the long-awaited 64bit and the DirectX11 version client is on the way to be released! Our goal is to apply this at the start of 2021. As a result of internal testing, we were able to secure the memory stability of the game client by using all available system memory via 64bit Migration. Also, conducting the DirectX 11 version not only made the multi-core apply smoothly but also improved the performance of the client significantly. The 64-bit version of the game server has already been applied to the Korean Server, and the crash of the channel has been counted 0 last week! It turns out to be more stable than the previous server. Because the current client status of Tree of Savior is 32bit & DirectX 9 version, the newly developed 64bit & DirectX11 version client may cause compatibility issues. Thus, our new client will temporarily provide both 32bit& DirectX9 version and the new 64bit& DirectX11 at the same time. After stability is secured, it will be completely converted to 64bit & DirectX11. The 64-bit operating system and Graphics Card that supports DirectX 11 is necessary to operate the newly developed client. Therefore, the requirements of the PC will be adjusted and the details will be informed again. ■ Q&A Q: Do we need to reinstall the game? A: The 64-bit update will be done by the client patch, so there is no need to reinstall the game. Q: How can I check the bit of my computer OS? Invisible Item Issue - August 2nd, 2016
Greetings, Saviors. Some of our users might be experiencing an issue where graphics for certain items are not being printed properly. If so, please right-click Tree of Savior in your Steam Library and click Properties. After that, please click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE on LOCAL FILES tab. It will automatically start a process. Please, let us know if the problem persists after the aforementioned process.
