Greetings, Saviors. Thank you for your patience throughout our launch for the past few hours. We are here to bring you news that our new Femidian server is ready to be opened within the next hour. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary EU server meant to accommodate players who wish to be transferred to our upcoming server in Europe. When we open the Femidian server, we will let you know through a new post announcing its release. Related announcement: https://forum.treeofsavior.com/t/temporary-eu-server-in-preparation/157179/ In addition, we would like to make an important announcement regarding the number of players accessing our Exclusive Access servers. Prior to the announcement, please accept our apologies for rather crowded servers with high traffics. We had initially planned 2 servers based on our sales data. They were sufficient enough to support the player base without waiting queues. However, there was an unexpected jump in sales a day prior to our scheduled launch date. There was an additional influx of sales, the amount exceeding well over a third of our most recent total sales, and the statistics were not observed in time due to the data refresh being queued. As a result, our players experienced heavy lags and connection issues, which is what we previously stated that we would prevent. In order to make up for the inconvenience we have caused you on the first day of our grand opening due to our inability to foresee this event, we would like to provide you with compensation. We will make a separate announcement later regarding the details. A great number of mistakes have already been made, but we hope to learn from this and deliver you a stable service and an enjoyable game. We would greatly appreciate your support in this endeavor. Thank you. Sincerely, IMC Staff [UPDATE - March 29th] We would like to announce the consolatory items that will be provided via the in-game message box. Please refer to the list below for details. - Enchant Scroll x 5 - EXP Tome x 5 - Lv 15 Movement Speed Potion x 20 The items will expire on 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on the 4th of April, 2016 so make sure you claim the items before that time.
UPDATE: After looking at the 25 reports sent to us via Support ticket so far, the records show that the purchased TP bundles have already been successfully received in the large majority of the cases. A total of two cases require additional confirmation: one shows no records of TP bundle purchases on Steam; the other shows that the user did not yet attempt to retrieve the TP. We would like to remind you that, in order to receive your purchased TP, you need to click the TP button on the screen in-game and then click 'Use' on the TP bundle item you wish to receive. See our previous announcement here for more information. About the occasional delays in receiving TP bundles After a player purchases a TP bundle and tries to receive it in-game by clicking the 'Use' button, the process of connecting to Steam's server can sometimes fail, which stops the TP from being received immediately. This error is not permanent, however, and after some time the TP can be received by clicking the 'Use' button on the TP bundle one more time. We continue to search for ways to improve this and apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. Meanwhile, if you are still unable to receive your purchased TP after several tries over a considerable period of time, or if you encounter any other issue related to TP purchase or retrieval, kindly send us a Support ticket so we can look further into the issue. Thank you. Greetings, Saviors. Some players have been reporting being unable to receive their purchased TP bundles in-game after clicking the ‘Use’ button. We’re currently investigating the source of this issue and would like to ask you to report any similar cases through our Support page. In your Support ticket, make sure to include your team and server information, and which TP bundle you purchased (100TP / 300TP / 500TP / 900TP). Please wait while we process your ticket; we will update you once we have a solution for this problem. Thank you. Sincerely, IMC Staff
Greetings, Saviors! Once again, the demons are up to no good: this time, they stole all the candy a sweet little boy was carrying to town to surprise his friend. Help the boy get back his treats and craft Candy Baskets for sugary stat-enhancing accessories and a surprise cube! 1. Event Period - From: scheduled maintenance on March 7, 2017 - From: scheduled maintenance on March 28, 2017 2. How to Participate - Defeat any monster in the game for a chance to obtain the following items: Soda Candy, Strawberry Candy, Lemon Candy, Tutti Frutti Candy. - Candy items can be consumed for buff effects or crafted into Candy Baskets. Recipes for Candy Baskets can be purchased from the Sweet Boy NPC. - You will obtain one reward of your choice every time you bring the Sweet Boy a Candy Basket: you can choose from one of three accessories or a special buff. - After submitting 10 Candy Baskets, you will also receive a Cookie House Cube containing a special accessory! 3. Sweet Boy Rewards (choose 1 for every Candy Basket submitted) - Sugar Necklace (3 Days): +50 HP recovery, +50 SP recovery - Sugar Bracelet (3 Days): +10 increase on all stats - Sugar Band (3 Days): +10 increase on all stats ((Sugar accessory set effect: +200 attack on Large-type enemies, +1 AoE attack ratio)) - Sweet Boy buff: +20% EXP gains for 30 minutes 4. Important - All event items are untradable and will be deleted during the scheduled maintenance of March 28, 2017. - Candy items aren't affected by Squire Base Camp effects (except for Tutti Frutti Candy) and have a maximum duration of 5 minutes. - Candy items cannot be obtained when the monster is 21 levels or more below the level of the character. - Items with a time limit ("3 Days") start counting down as soon as they are received in your character inventory. - Participation in the event is counted on a per-team basis, meaning the total number of baskets submitted includes those submitted by all the characters in your team. - Sweet Boy buffs and Candy buffs are stackable with other buffs in the game (however, Tutti Frutti Candy items cannot be used together with Keista Potions). - You can check your participation count at the Sweet Boy NPC. - Participation in the event can be repeated with no restrictions. - Cutscene quest monsters will only drop event items on the first time the quest is played (i.e. if the same quest is played multiple times, starting from the second time, monsters will not drop event items).
Greetings, Saviors. In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, starting from this week’s scheduled maintenance (July 4, 2017), we will be adopting a monthly TP spending limit for Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of creation. This means that players who have made fewer purchases on Steam since creating their account (in accordance with the account purchase information provided by Steam) may be restricted from using more than 300 TP in-game per month. After attempting to use more than 300 TP in one month, players with TP limits will see a message alerting them of this monthly restriction. If you find that a TP spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category so we can verify and process your request individually. Please note that this TP limit applies only to how much TP an account is allowed spend in-game. It does not restrict the amount of TP that players are able to purchase on Steam. Thank you.
Greetings, Saviors! We would like to announce our new event, ‘Taoist's Secret Recipe’! In this event, you will be able to collect ingredients and recipes to create two different types of dumplings that can give you and your party members special buffs in combat. How to Participate - Obtain ingredients for dumplings by hunting monsters. There are four kinds of ingredients: Sesame, Sugar, Flour and Chestnut. - Dumpling ingredient items have a chance to be dropped by regular monsters, but the newly-introduced monster Golden Vubbe will be more likely to drop them. - There are two types of dumpling you can create: Sweet Dumpling and Jumbo Dumpling. One Sweet Dumpling requires one of each ingredient, while one Jumbo Dumpling requires five of each ingredient. - Find the Taoist event NPC in either Klaipeda or Orsha maps to obtain the recipes for your dumplings. - Sweet Dumpling effects: 15 minutes of +2 movement speed, +5000 max. HP and +5000 max. SP for your character. - Jumbo Dumpling effects: 30 minutes of +4 movement speed, +1 AoE attack ratio and +25% EXP gains for you and your party members. 3. Important - The duration timer for dumpling effects counts down even when you are logged off. - The daily limit on Jumbo Dumpling recipes resets every day at 00:00 EDT. - After the end of the event, all dumpling materials and recipes will be deleted from the game. - The effects of the Sweet Dumpling and Jumbo Dumpling count separately, so players can apply both simultaneously. [Updated Rewards - From October 11th, 2016] - In the areas newly added during the scheduled maintenance on October 11th, 2016, the chance of obtaining Dumpling ingredients will be doubled. - Additionally, Five Jumbo Dumpling recipes can now be exchanged for one Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher (14 Days) at the Event Notice Board. - Remember that this event is running until the scheduled maintenance on October 25th, 2016. After this date, you will not be able to obtain items related to this event (dumplings, recipes, ingredients), but you will still be able to craft and use the ones you already have. - All items related to this event (dumplings, recipes, ingredients) will be deleted on November 1st, 2016.
