Issue with Being Unable to Receive DLC Packs
Greetings, Saviors. After the scheduled maintenance on August 16, some players have been unable to receive their purchased Novice DLC Pack in the message box in-game. We would like to tell you that this is an issue we are aware of and working towards fixing. We plan to correct this error and return all missing DLC Packs through a temporary maintenance, to be performed at a time soon to be announced. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Thank you for understanding.

Corrections and bug fixes after August 16th maintenance
Greetings, Saviors. Chat and Storage Bug Fixes We would like to announce that we have now fixed the bugs affecting the chat and personal storage functions after the maintenance on August 16th, and you should be able to use them again as intended. We ask that you send in a Support ticket should you find that these or other features are still not working as intended after today’s maintenance. Item Corrections After our latest scheduled maintenance, some players were able to purchase certain items not meant for sale, mistakenly introduced in the game. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this error, and would like to announce that all items not meant for sale have been seized. Users who were able to purchase the items have also been compensated accordingly to correct this mistake. Kindly let us know via Support ticket if you were not compensated for the aforementioned errors. Missing ‘Shady Geologist’ Title Error The ‘Shady Geologist’ title, awarded to winners of our previous Scavenge Challenge Event, is missing for some players after today’s maintenance. We are aware of this error and expect to correct it during our next scheduled maintenance. Companion Move Button Error When clicking a companion’s UI at the lodge, a button in Korean will appear next to the ‘Bring Along’ button. This button will move the companion to the other page of your lodge (page 1 > 2 or vice-versa), from where you can still retrieve it. We are working to fix this error, but meanwhile we ask that you keep in mind what it does and avoid clicking it. Other Errors Some item tooltips still contain errors that require fixing. We expect to correct these in a future patch as well. Thank you for understanding. Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.

'Hunting Season' Event
Starting from August 16th right after the maintenance until August 30th (2 weeks), you are invited to check out the noticeboards in Klaipeda or Orsha and obtain a quest with a target monster. By hunting the target monsters, you get the chance to earn a new reward every day. Please, note that 1. All event rewards are untradeable. 2. You may only complete the event quest and receive the rewards once per day. 3. The quest limit resets every day at EDT 00:00. 4. You may participate in this event up to 10 times. 5. Items with 14 days time limit will begin counting down upon acquisition.
The Fan Art Fest Is Now Officially Over
Greetings, Saviors. Our first ever Fan Art Fest has ended. Thank you all for your participation and support. We have had so many great artworks and great enthusiasm from other users as well. The winners would be announced within August. We are always grateful for having such loving and supporting fans.
Novice Pack DLC Coming to Steam
Greetings, Saviors! The Novice Pack, a new DLC item bundle catered to first-time adventurers, will soon be released on Steam. The pack, expected to arrive as soon as it passes Valve's approval process, will remain available for purchase for those who wish to acquire it. See below for the contents of the Novice Pack DLC. Novice Pack DLC Contents - 15 Day Token x1 (untradable) - 65 TP - Highly Condensed HP & SP Potion x30 - Small Stamina Pills & Lv2 Movement Speed Potions x30 - Soul Crystal x10 - Megaphone x10 - Warp Scroll x10 IMPORTANT 1. The Novice Pack will be released as four different DLCs, one specific to each server region, being tagged as [NA], [EU], [SEA] or [SA] accordingly. DLC products are region-exclusive, meaning they can only be redeemed in servers of their corresponding region (e.g. Novice Packs tagged [SEA] or [SA] cannot be redeemed in Klaipeda, Orsha or Fedimian). Make sure to confirm your server region and carefully check the region tag of the DLC before you purchase. 2. Each DLC can only be purchased and redeemed once per Steam account. Accounts that have already purchased the Novice Pack will no longer be able to purchase this DLC for servers of the same region. 3. All DLC products are non-refundable once redeemed in the server. 4. In the event that the Novice Pack DLC is removed from Steam, we will provide due notice two weeks in advance via official announcement.
