[UPDATED2] First-Time Player Event: Recruiting New Saviors!
Greetings, Saviors! Starting on April 4, 2017, we're welcoming new Saviors to the world of TOS with a special event that will reward newly-created teams with a healthy dose of character-boosting items and other goodies! Keep reading to find out all the details. 1. Period Event - From: scheduled maintenance on April 4, 2017 - To: scheduled maintenance on May 2, 2017 2. Who Can Participate - New Tree of Savior accounts(Teams) created between March 28 and May 2, 2017 3. How to Participate STEP 1. Download Tree of Savior and create your team (account) and a character in one of the regional servers. There are four server regions: North America (NA), Europe (EU), Southeast Asia (SEA) and South America (SA). STEP 2. [UPDATED] After you start playing with your character, interact with the Leveling Guide NPC in the cities of Klaipeda or Orsha to receive 19 Boost Packs in your inventory, each containing a set of items that will help boost up your character along the way as you level up (see list at the bottom of this announcement). - Every new character you create during the event period will receive 19 Boost Packs in their inventory. - Any new accounts(Teams) that had created characters between March 28 - April 4 will be able to get their Boost Packs from the Special Event Board in either Klaipeda(opposite from the Event Notice Board) or Orsha(Near the Wings of Vaivora). STEP 3. Each Boost Pack comes with a level requirement your character needs to reach in order to open it. Say, if it’s a level 5 box, you will be able to open it once your character reaches level 5, and so on. - The level requirement of each box will be listed in the item’s description in-game. - The Boost Packs will be deleted after the event, meaning you will only be able to open them and receive the rewards until May 2, 2017. 4. Boost Pack Rewards Reach the level required by each Boost Pack to receive the rewards! NOTE: Items tagged as [TIMED] have an expiration date and can only be used within the period mentioned in the item’s description in-game, eg. if an item is marked as “14 Days”, it must be used within 14 days after you acquire it. After those 14 days, the item will expire and you will no longer be able to use it. The counter will start to decrease as soon as you receive the item, so plan ahead carefully. [UPDATED2] NOTE 2: All Token rewards have been changed so that they will only be given once per Team. This change was made since Token effects will be given to all characters in your Team. LEVEL 5 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] - EXP Tomes increase your experience gains, allowing you to level up faster. Warp Scroll x5 - Warp Scrolls are used to teleport your character to other regions. Soul Crystal x5 - If your HP is depleted and you become incapable of combat, you can use a Soul Crystal to be “revived” in the same spot. Settlement Support Potion v2 x10 - Move faster and hit harder for 30 minutes. Movement speed and physical/magic attack will be increased. LEVEL 10 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Megaphone x10 - Megaphones are used to send messages in the global Shout Chat in-game. Zemyna Necklace x1 [TIMED] - An accessory that increases your character’s stats. Klaipeda Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to Klaipeda, one of the main cities in Tree of Savior. Velheider Voucher x1 - You can exchange this voucher for a Velheider companion at the Companion Trader in your nearest city. Level 50 Weapon Set - Use level 170 equipment at level 50! LEVEL 15 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Megaphone x10 Settlement Support Potion v2 x10 Token: 7 Days x1 - Tokens apply a set of beneficial effects to all the characters in your team, including increased EXP gains, speed movement and the ability to use premium gestures/poses. Gilt Helmet x1 - A hair accessory you can boost with extra stats. LEVEL 30 x4 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] - x4 EXP Tomes give you an even bigger EXP boost than regular tomes. Lord Hamondale's Bracelet x1 [TIMED] - An accessory that increases your character’s stats. Knight Commander Uska's Bangle x1 [TIMED] - Another accessory that increases your character’s stats. LEVEL 50 x4 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Megaphone x10 Underground Chapel Dungeon Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to the entrance of the Underground Chapel Dungeon, which you can access starting from level 50. Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x1 [TIMED] - Use this voucher to reset your daily instanced dungeon entries and play them again to boost up your character’s EXP and currency gains. Wind Runner x1 [TIMED] - Lets you run as fast as the wind. LEVEL 80 x4 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Warp Scroll x5 Soul Crystal x5 Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x2 [TIMED] Historic Site Ruins Dungeon Warp Scroll x1 Keista Restoration Potion Lv1 x20 - A potion to restore your HP and SP spent in combat. Cockatrice Costume x1 [TIMED] - A costume that lets you dress up as a Cockatrice monster. Cockatrice Head (Male/Female) x1 [TIMED] - Complete the Cockatrice look with a Cockatrice Head. LEVEL 100 Soul Crystal x5 Megaphone x10 x8 EXP Tome x1 [TIMED] - x8 EXP Tomes give the biggest EXP boost of all tomes. Fedimian Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to Fedimian, where a new city awaits you. Mercenary Post Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to the Mercenary Post, a place where you can play daily missions for special rewards. Tavorh Cave Hunting Grounds Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to the entrance of Tavorh Cave, a hunting ground where you can fight fierce monsters for extra item and currency rewards. Desert Chupacabra Ears x1 - A hair accessory you can boost with extra stats. LEVEL 110 x8 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Token: 7 Days x1 Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x1 [TIMED] Monument of Desire Dungeon Warp Scroll x1 LEVEL 120 x8 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Megaphone x10 Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x1 [TIMED] Saalus Convent Warp Scroll x1 - A Warp Scroll that teleports you directly to Saalus Convent, a place where you can play daily missions for special rewards. Enchantment Scroll x2 [TIMED] - Enchantment Scrolls are used to boost hair accessories with extra stats. LEVEL 140 x8 EXP Tome x2 [TIMED] Keista Restoration Potion Lv2 x20 Fallen Legwyn Family Dungeon Warp Scroll x1 Thumbup Armband x1 - An armband accessory for your character. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (Purchased on November of '16), B (Purchased on January of '17) and C (Purchased on May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

Help us reduce issues with claiming TP Bundles!
Greetings Saviors, We would like to announce that we will be offering 20% additional TP as compensation for any players who may have issues with claiming their TP Bundle purchases made from now until April 30th. We wish to use this chance as a way to apologize for the continued issues with regards to the TP claiming process and to show our willingness to solve these issues. There has been a lot of tinkering behind the scenes to smoothen out the process, but we admit that it can always be better. Please carefully read the details below to see how you can help us improve our TP distribution process as well as gain additional TP in the process. If you require any help on how to claim your TP Bundles, make sure to check out our guide here. The following list shows how much TP you will be compensated with if you have an issue with a certain TP Bundle product. - Per 100 TP Bundle (100 TP) : Compensation of 20 TP - Per 300 TP Bundle (310 TP) : Compensation of 70 TP - Per 500 TP Bundle (530 TP) : Compensation of 110 TP - Per 900 TP Bundle (990 TP) : Compensation of 200 TP IMPORTANT : Please read the following conditions to see if you are applicable for compensation. 1-1. You must have either pressed the 'USE' button OR used the '/retrieveAllItems' command in order to start the TP claiming process. 1-2. Any attempts at claiming TP Bundles not meant for your server region will not be counted. 2. A minimum of 24 hours must have passed after the initial start of the TP claiming process (Condition 1-1). 3. You must send us a Ticket via the Support Page when the issue arises. 4. Ping Test for [SA] Silute Players
Greetings, Saviors! We have been well aware of the inconveniences experienced by South American players since [SA] Silute was relocated to North America, where it is currently located. We continue to investigate and consider different options for reducing latency issues in Silute, and for that we would like to ask for your feedback on the latency felt between your region and a set of possible future server locations. Please note that this does NOT guarantee new relocation plans for [SA] Silute, as we are still only evaluating the possibilities of such an operation. How to claim your TP Bundles
Greetings Saviors, This is a guide for first time purchasers on how to purchase and claim TP bundles. Please note that by TP bundles, we are talking about the TP packs you can purchase on the ‘Tree of Savior Item Store’ and not TP bundles that can be claimed via DLC products. STEP 1 : Selecting and purchasing the product for your regional server First of all, you must select and purchase a TP Bundle that is usable on your regional server. For instance, if you play on the NA servers(Klaipeda or Orsha), you should be purchasing one that states ‘Exclusive for North America’. Please remember that you should be selecting a region that matches the server you play on, not where you are playing from. For instance, if you are playing from the US, but are playing on SEA servers(Telsiai or Varena), you should be purchasing items that read ‘Exclusive for South-East Asia’. STEP 2 : Claiming the TP in-game Now it’s time for you to claim the TP that you purchased. DO NOT go looking for it in your mailbox since it will not be there. That is where you get items from DLC products, events or compensation. Instead, you should go to the small TP icon next to your minimap. Once you open it, you should see your TP there. If you don’t see it appear within 24 hours, please make sure to contact us via the Ticket Support System and we’ll be more than happy to help. You will be able to claim your TP once you click on the ‘Use’ button. Another important thing to note is that you will NOT be getting an item to gain the TP. Your TP will be added to your remaining TP balance automatically.
