Swordsman

For over thousands of years, the swordsmen were the Kingdom's basic footsoldiers and the career of choice for budding adventurers.
Many heroes that have risen to great heights started off as swordsmen. Despite the myriad of advancements in the tools and tactics utilized in warfare, swordsmen have always been an irreplaceable asset in battle.
Classes in the Swordsman tree have the highest HP and DEF of all the class trees and can handle themselves adeptly in the heart of the battle.

    Inflict damage on an enemy with a powerful attack.

    Reduces incoming damage from enemies through the power of determination.

  • Gung HoNone

    Increases physical attack damage through the power of determination.

  • LiberateNone

    Unleashes your power within to draw nearby enemies. You gain increased Threat from monsters with every attack for the duration of the buff.

  • Pain BarrierNone

    Grants immunity from Knockdowns, Knockbacks and being Staggered. Grants temporary immunity to all removable status ailments except stuns, binds, immobility, curse, freeze and petrification after use. Also increases the chance of resisting status ailments for the duration of Pain Barrier.

  • ThrustPierce

    Push the point of your weapon into enemies, performing a strong piercing attack.
    Not inflicted by cooldown decrease effect.

ATTRIBUTES

  • Bash: Knockdown

    * Enemies hit by [Bash] are knocked down
    * Increases SP consumption by 30%

  • Cloth Mastery: Magic

    * Allows you to equip [Cloth] armor
    * 20% Magic Damage reduced when the player is equipped with 4 pieces of [Cloth] armor

  • Plate Mastery: Defense

    * Allows you to equip [Plate] armor
    * 20% Physical Damage reduced when the player is equipped with 4 pieces of [Plate] armor

  • Leather Mastery: Dexterity

    * Can equip [Leather] armor
    * When 4 pieces of [Leather] armor are equipped, critical chance is increased by 20% (Maximum critical chance limit is also raised by 10%)
    * When 4 [Leather] armor pieces are equipped, Physical/Magic Damage +15%

  • Use Maces

    * Can equip [Mace] type weapons

  • Use Rods

    * Can equip [Rod] type weapons

  • Weapon Swap

    * Can change weapons

  • Use One-handed Swords

    * Can equip [One-handed Sword] type weapons

  • Bash: Enhance

    * Increases the skill factor of [Bash] by 0.5% per attribute level
    * +10% added increase at maximum level

  • Gung Ho: Enhance

    * Increases [Gung Ho]'s physical attack damage increasing effects by 0.5% per attribute level
    * +10% added increase at maximum level

  • Thrust: Enhance

    * Increases the skill factor of [Thrust] by 0.5% per attribute level
    * +10% added increase at maximum level

  • Provoke

    * Increases threat values when attacking enemies by 1500% per attribute level

  • Bear: Enhance

    * Increases [Bear]'s incoming damage reducing effects by 0.5% per attribute level
    * +10% added increase at maximum level

  • Liberate: Awaken

    * Reduces the duration of [Liberate] to 12 seconds and increases damage to enemies by 50%

  • Liberate: Fortitude

    * Reduces the duration of [Liberate] to 6 seconds and increases the incoming damage reduction effect by 50%

  • [Arts] Thrust: Charge

    * Increases the cooldown of [Thrust] by 4, and dashes to your target and deals damage upon use.

  • [Arts] Thrust: Enhanced Upgrade

    * Increases the Skill Factor of [Thrust] by 1.25% per attribute level

  • [Arts] Bash: Enhanced Upgrade

    * Increases the Skill Factor of [Bash] by 1.25% per attribute level

  • Shield Mastery: Swordsman

    * 10% of Weapon ATK is applied as the Physical Defense when equipping [One-handed weapon] with [Shield]
    * (Value is applied both to the main and second slot)
