Consumes 1 stack of Outrage, gives Tase debuff with 5.5% of Napalm Bullet factor to the enemy when using Napalm Bullet during Outrage buff.
(Tase debuff removes when damaging the enemy for 10 times)
When using the Bullet Marker skill after acquiring, 35 seconds last for
2 stacks of [Overheating] buff. Outrage can be used when [Overheating] buff is 4 stacks or above, increases Attack Speed of basic attack and stacks 1 buff for 2 stacks of [Overheating]

* Increases the Skill Factor of [Napalm Bullet] by 1.25% per attribute level
