[Complete] Known Issues: February 7, 2017

Greetings, Saviors.

The issues below have been reported since the end of today’s maintenance and are expected to be fixed soon. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will update you once these issues are resolved.

1) Server List Showing Incorrect Servers

- Upon opening Tree of Savior, the server selection list shows ‘Tree of Savior 1’ and ‘Tree of Savior 2’ instead of the correct list of regional servers.

2) Client Freezing on Server Selection

- Upon opening Tree of Savior to the incorrect server selection list mentioned above, the client will freeze and become unresponsive.

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. This will allow us more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.
