Known Issues: December 14th

Greetings, Saviors.

The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them.

GENERAL

1) Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards.
 - The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem.
 - We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable.

2) The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed.

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/Team/server/class details, and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem allowing it to be resolved faster.
