[Advance Notice] Skill Cooldown Reduction Effect Adjustments

Greetings, Saviors.

 

Through the update on Tuesday, September 8, changes were made so that no Cooldown Reduction effects would apply to certain skills— Death Knell and Big Bang—in an effort to standardize Cooldown Reduction criteria that previously varied by skill.

 

Following the update, we carefully reviewed the feedback sent by our Saviors. Based on internal discussion, we plan to make improvements during next week's scheduled maintenance so that Cooldown Reduction effects granted via items (such as Goddess Treasure) will apply.
