We would like to announce the details of our weekly maintenance. Make sure to check below for the maintenance schedule and patch notes.
Please note that other issues and bugs are also being worked on even if they are not mentioned below.
Maintenance Period
[EST] 00:00 to 04:00 (March 3, 2020)
[BRT] 02:00 to 06:00 (March 3, 2020)
[CET] 06:00 to 10:00 (March 3, 2020)
[SGT] 13:00 to 17:00 (March 3, 2020)
1. UPDATE
- Chat Server Update
- Due to chatting bug some users might encounter situation when using guild chat or party chat, their chatting message was completely unseen to some users. Therefore we updated our chatting system in order to fix this problem. However this will cause chatting records and groups to be gone. - [UPDATE] Overlapping Guild Name Change for the Growth Support Servers
-The guild names are not supposed to be overlapped between the original servers and the Growth Support Servers. We prohibited the overlap at the stage of creation, but the system did not check the overlap at the stage of the guild name change.
We have fixed the issue of overlapping guild names between the original servers and the Growth Support Servers. Additionally, all guilds with the overlapping names with the original servers in the Growth Support Servers will be changed to guildname_1 format and receive the Guild Name Change Voucher to the cabinet.

3. BUG FIXES

- When whispering, the "To" letters will be separated from the button UI in chat box.
