We would like to announce that we are already aware of the issue wherein players get stuck on a certain map.
Our developers are already looking into it. And we will be going to take care of the issues as soon as possible
Again we are sorry for your inconveniences.
-- Update As of EST 03:11 PM we have now successfully fixed the issues and found the server status is back to normal
