COMPLETE[Resolved] Known Issue: October 11, 2018

Greetings, Saviors.

The following issue has recently come to our attention.

Issues with the Out Comes the Full Moon event

[UPDATE] The issue where players could not receive the Mini Moon has been fixed but there still remains the issue where the Mini Moon is invisible to the player. Those of you being shown the message "you cannot join the daily event now" will already have a Mini Moon that is invisible so you can still proceed with collecting the fragments. 

We will let you know through the announcements after we've applied the patch to resolve the issues for the invisible Mini Moon and text errors in the event NPC. 

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
