Greetings, Saviors.

The following issues have recently been reported.

1) Skill Effects Not Displaying

- The visual effects of certain skills have stopped displaying after the scheduled maintenance of April 3 for some players. The affected skills still perform as intended (only the visual effects are missing), so you may continue to use them.

This issue is currently being looked into and it is expected to be fixed during next week's scheduled maintenance (April 10, 2018). Thank you for understanding.
 

Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
