Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue where players who missed claiming last week’s Remnant of Bernice Dungeon rewards before maintenance are unable to receive them. We have identified the issue and will grant compensation to all players who did not receive their rewards prior to the November 25, 2025 maintenance. If you still have not received your compensation after the November 25, 2025 maintenance, please send us a ticket. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Update on issues regarding Remnant of Bernice Dungeon rewards We have confirmed an issue where last week’s Bernice Dungeon rewards could not be claimed following the November 18, 2025 update.
