Known Issue: March 21, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The item icon of Goddess Token (Vakarine) dropped from the field are shown as [Lv. 470] Arcanum of INT, [Lv. 480] Evolution Stone, and Special Creation Voucher Goddess Token (Vakarine) can normally obtained. - Successfully seized the map during Colony War but shown as 'Not Seized' in Colony War The users who didn't receive the rewards can obtain the rewards during the maintenance on March 28th via Guild Storage. We will further notice the details of the issue. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The item name of Jurate Seal (Superior) - Protection is mistranslated as Jurate Seal (Superior) - Punisher This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on March 21, 2023. - Cannot retrieve purchased TP in NA (Klaipeda) server Currently, this issue has been fixed normally. Please restart the client and try again. However, an error incorrectly marked 'TP for KR' is occurring. There is no problem with using TP, so please don't hesitate to use TP. Issue that incorrectly marked as 'KR' will be fixed during the temporary maintenance on March 15, 2023. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, IMC staff

Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Cannot receive basic rewards of Blockade : Boruta, Giltine, Baubas We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. This issue will be fixed during the temporary maintenance on March 8, 2023. Basic rewards of Blockade will be sent to the Guild Storage during the next week's maintenance on March 14, 2023. From week 136, Guild that have not received rewards of Blockade can receive the rewards. Please refrain from doing Blockade until this issue is fixed. Known Issue: March 3, 2023
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Tos_SupportGuild can enter Blockade, not the guild mission We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. To correct this issue, rewards of Blockade for all guilds other than Tos_SupportGuild will not be available from 02:00 (server time, EST) March 3rd to the next maintenance. (March 7,2023) Therefore, if you have not received rewards (135 week) yet, please receive it quickly. Also for Tos_SupportGuild people, Please refrain from doing all types of Blockade and Guild Mission (Baubas, Giltine, Boruta) until this issue got fixed. Tos_SupportGuild won't be able to get Blockade rewards (136 week) and will be removed from Contents Status Board ranking (136 week) during the next maintenance. (March 7, 2023) If Tos_SupportGuild VGMs need more Guild Quest Voucher, please request us through forum. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Clear time for Baubas Blockade Battle is recorded as abnormal time - Clear record for Baubas Blockade Battle is recorded as Giltine Blockade Battle We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Currently, clear time recording is abnormal, but the ranking is recorded normally, so rewards that match the ranking will be sent normally. It will be recorded normally from next Monday(March 6, 2023). - Rewards of Blockade can be received after maintenance on March 7, 2023. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
