Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The Faerie Dragon mount can not be traded This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on April 8~9, 2024. - An issue where the Season Challenge Mode is completed immediately on start We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it Season Challenge Mode has been disabled until the issue is fixed. [UPDATE] [Fixed] Known Issue: March 5, 2024
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Can not renew Steam Cart We are currently aware of the issue and contacting Steam to fix it. In the meanwhile, we would like to inform you of a temporary solution in clearing the Steam Cart. 1. Go to Steam -> Settings. 2. Go to "In Game". 3. Press Delete next to Delete Web Browser Data. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The issue that the cooldown of Overload Raid(Goddess' Authority) of Goddess Treasure is not applied This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week and please note that the Overload Raid has been temporarily adjusted as follows for the time being - Before : Instant Cast Skill Damage +45% per parts equipped - After : Instant Cast Skill Damage +27% per parts equipped If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Popo Boost Event icon is missing in the Klaipeda (NA), Fedimian (EU), and Silute (SA) server This issue has been fixed by patch without maintenance on 16:56 KST. Please restart the game for the normal appliance of the fix. We recommend Saviors on the W server to restart again as well to prevent possible errors.
