[UPDATE] Known Issue: September 30, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Saviors running non-Korean versions of Windows are unable to launch the client. - Some of the items are not being translated. (Archer - Hermit Special Class Unlock Voucher) We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice. We would like to inform you regarding the game launcher autorun updated today (Sep 30). After the autorun update, we have identified an issue where the game could not be launched from the Japan/Global clients. As a temporary measure, we have removed this feature again, and we kindly ask for your understanding. The autorun function will be implemented in the future update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in your gameplay. We have sent Goddess Token (Austeja): 300,000 to the Lodge Message Box for the compensation. [UPDATE] Known Issue: June 04, 2025
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The tooltip for the Wizard - Bonemancer [W] Special Class Unlock Voucher incorrectly displays it as the Cleric - Bonemancer class. However, the voucher correctly unlocks the Wizard - Bonemancer class. - The issue where Cubic Ice Duration is 1 hour. We will make sure to send 24 Cubic Ices until the issue is fixed. - The issue where Bonemancer[W]'s growth stat is set to STR instead of INT. The following issue will be fixed during next week maintenance. We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. Please refrain from purchasing this item. - Pink Cherry Blossom buff icon is displayed as Maple Leaf buff icon The issue will be resolved during next week's maintenance, and we will provide compensation of 1 Pink Cherry Blossom between 3/11 and 3/18.
