Greetings Saviors, The following issues have recently come to our attention: - Issue with the movement speed when using Musketeer's Sniper's Serenity skill - Ying Yang Harmony being cast in the wrong direction when using mouse mode - [RESOLVED] Gemstone Feud not held in some channels - Attribute Point items missing from the Victory Dungeon Trader - Players who have advanced into the Bokor class not being able to change their class - [RESOLVED] Increased HP of Challenge Mode Bosses The devs are aware of the above issues and will resolve them as soon as possible. Known Issues - June 11, 2019
Greetings Saviors, The following issue has come to our attention: - Growing Together Sprout Shop and the players' Sprout items removed from the game The devs are aware of the issue and all Sprouts removed will be restored along with appropriate compensations with a temporary maintenance, the details of which will be announced later through our event pages. We would like to inform you that the following issue has been fixed: 1) Items with # in their memo inducing game crashes - Make sure to restart your game in order to apply the fix. Known Issues after 19th Feb Maintenance
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention since the Scheduled Maintenance on February 19, 2019. 1) Specific action duplicates Borutas Wing 2) Having an error while crafting an item The reports already sent to the devs and are being reviewed. And we will update via this Announcement to let you know when it is fixed. Again we are sorry for your inconvenience. When in case of sending Support tickets, please specify your Team Name and also possible, ScreenShots/Videos/Timestamps. It may allow us to find common ground or specific errors, the more info we may have, the faster these issues could come to an end.
Possible Issue with Boruta Seals
Greetings Saviors, We have recently come across a minor issue with the new Boruta Seal equipment and we would like to let you know beforehand that players will not be able to enhance their Boruta Seals until further notice.
