Known Issue: February 4, 2021
Greetings Saviors, Following issues have come to our attention. 1. Unable to play 'Auto Match' contents. 2. Unable to use Chats (Guild Chat, Group Chat, Party Chat, Shout) due to Error Code [0] and Error Code [21]. We are investigating the problem and will make another announcement as soon as an update is available. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Greetings Saviors, We are aware that the [5th Anniversary] Special Kedoran Merchant is in Fedimian. It was wrongly applied due to the system error, and we will delete the NPC during the scheduled maintenance next week. [5th Anniversary] Special Kedoran Merchant NPC will appear later when the event starts. Sorry for causing confusion, and thank you for your support. [UPDATE] Known Issue: November 18, 2020
Greetings, Saviors! The following issues have come to our attention. - The Harvest Festival: Grow a sapling of your own! event is currently ongoing unlike it was announced on the event page. We will re-address the issue after solving it. → The issue has been fixed. Please re-login to solve the issue. If you re-log into the game, the planted seeds will be harvested after 1 minute and the fixed reward will be given. (Please refer to the modified event page.) We will send 10 [Event] Blessed Seed to the Mail Box. Please receive the item within 1 week, until November 25, 2020. - Some of the Skill Balance content of the future updates was included in the patch note on November 16-17. We have modified the misguided contents and we apologize deeply for the inconvenience. [UPDATE]- The 'damage increases by 25%' in the tooltip of Sauk Savinose Dysnai Leather Armor is currently misguided as 'healing increases by 25%'. The actual effect of the Armor is applied as 'damage increases by 25%' and the tooltip will be corrected during the scheduled maintenance next week on November 24, 2020. Greeting Saviors! We became aware of the following issue: 1) The remaining time of the temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th is not adjusted. 2) The temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th cannot be exchanged into permanent items. [UPDATE] A selection box containing the temporary costumes will be given to all saviors with temporary costumes achieved before the maintenance on October 20th, after the scheduled maintenance on October 27, 2020. You will be able to choose and receive 1 of the 5 temporary costumes with the adjusted expiring date by using the box. For those who cannot exchange the costumes into permanent costumes, please exchange the costumes from the selection box given after the scheduled maintenance on October 27, 2020. [UPDATE] Known Issue: October 14, 2020
Greeting Saviors! We became aware of the following issue: Time spent inside instanced dungeons and PvP areas is not counted as time logged-in for the Halloween Attendance Event. We are currently fixing the issue so in the meanwhile, please stay in areas other than instanced dungeons or PvP areas for the Halloween Attendance Event. The compensation for this issue will be announced later on. [UPDATED] Also, the expiring date of the Halloween Event costumes that can be changed into permanent items will be adjusted from '7 days' to the 'last day of the event'.
