Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Halloween] Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher is given when New/Returning savior clears the Saint's Sacellum Solo by the Content Invitation. - Unused [Halloween] Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher will be given as [Event] Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher during the scheduled maintenance on December 7, 2021. New/Returning Saviors Settling Support Attendance can no longer be received repeatedly. We have confiscated some of users' [Event] Settlement Support Box -1 and [Event] Settlement Support Box -2 due to investigation. The confiscated items will be given to the character within 3 days. [UPDATE] The confiscated items are restored. Please check the character's Inventory or Market Retrieve Tab. If there are any updates, we will let you know that through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] [Event] Pumpkin Stew Cauldron does not interact when entering numbers to consume [Event] Cooking Material Box - [Fixed] Event items can not be exchanged from the Halloween Event Shop - [Fixed] [Event] Cooking Material Box does not drop when clearing contents - List of the skill gem does not show when selecting Shadowmancer from the Skill Gem Selection Box made by 10 Skill Gem Fragment - This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week, on November 16th. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Login issue regarding official home page by Facebook. We are currently working on this issue and planning to apply the security protocol to fix it. We may ask for our saviors to use our Steam Community Hub until it is fixed. Known Issue: October 1, 2021 - Recycle Medal
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Burdensome Ribbon, Heart Candy, Shining Silver Anvil cannot be changed into Recycle Medals. Burdensome Ribbon and Heart Candy will be able to be exchanged into medals during the scheduled maintenance next week. But for the Shining Silver Anvil, it was initially designed as an unexchangeable item and won't be available to exchange. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience, and the tooltip will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week. Drip Drop Shark Raincoat Costume Good Selection Box will be changed to Good ol'days Retro Costume Selection Box from the list during the scheduled maintenance next week. If you wish to have Good ol'days Retro Costume Selection Box from the Demon God's Temptation, please try it after next week's maintenance!
