Greetings Saviors, We have received inquires regarding the following due to lack of information: - Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher effect is stated as Weekly Boss Raid 125K Damage reward ▲ 40,000 in-game. The schedule of Weekly Boss Raid is from Monday to Sunday, and so the change of Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher is yet applied. Weekly Boss Raid 125K Damage reward ▲ 40,000 will be applied from January 17th, 2022 at 6:00 AM (server time). [UPDATE: Jan.18th] Mercenary Badge will be given to the saviors who haven't received the Mercenary Badge as the effect of Mercenary Badge Boost Voucher during January 11th ~ 17th at 05:59 AM (EST). Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Gabija Guardian Costume (Male) appears from the Fashion Museum: End of Year (Female). This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week. Those who've received Gabija Guardian Costume (Male) from the Fashion Museum: End of Year (Female) will have their item changed to Gabija Guardian Costume (Female) during the scheduled maintenance on January 4. ▶ Gabija Guardian Costume Selection Box will be given to the market retrieve tab of the first character during the scheduled maintenance on January 4. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Single savior has cleared the Joint Strike Raid within 24 seconds in [SA] Silute server. - Server instability in [EU] Fedimian, [SEA] Telsiai, and [SA] Silute server. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] Unable to seize the area in Guild Territory War - This issue will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance on November 16, 2021, and you will be able to play GTW normally on November 21. The rewards for the GTW on November 14 will be given additionally to the guild that seizes the area on November 21. [UPDATE] The rewards for the Blockade Battle of this week will be given additionally according to the Ranking of November 28. ※ Excludes [NA] Klaipeda server. [UPDATE: November 22, 2021] - For those who've seized the Champions League on November 21, the total tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Average of recent 4 week's total tax will be given - For those who've seized the Challengers League on November 21, the market tax will be given during the scheduled maintenance on November 30. ▶ Same value of Market tax for November 21 will be given [Complete] - For Blockade, an additional reward will be given on November 30 based on the ranking of November 28. ※ Every reward will be given to Guild Storage. [UPDATE: November 30, 2021] The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League has not been given due to system error. It will be given during the scheduled maintenance on December 7, 2021. We are deeply sorry for the delay. (Reward for Blockade is given to the corresponding guilds.) [UPDATE: December 6, 2021] ▶The additional tax for Champions League and Challengers League will be given as Silver Chest 100,000 to the Guild Storage. New/Returning Saviors Settling Support Attendance can no longer be received repeatedly. We have confiscated some of users' [Event] Settlement Support Box -1 and [Event] Settlement Support Box -2 due to investigation. The confiscated items will be given to the character within 3 days. [UPDATE] The confiscated items are restored. Please check the character's Inventory or Market Retrieve Tab. If there are any updates, we will let you know that through our Known issue notice. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - [Fixed] [Event] Pumpkin Stew Cauldron does not interact when entering numbers to consume [Event] Cooking Material Box - [Fixed] Event items can not be exchanged from the Halloween Event Shop - [Fixed] [Event] Cooking Material Box does not drop when clearing contents - List of the skill gem does not show when selecting Shadowmancer from the Skill Gem Selection Box made by 10 Skill Gem Fragment - This will be fixed during the scheduled maintenance next week, on November 16th.
