Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - Receiving double quantities of ranking reward in Weekly Boss Raid The reward will not be seized from the players that already received them and the issue will be fixed during the maintenance on January 3. - Unable to receive MVP reward in Falouros: Goddess Raid (Auto Match) We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. [UPDATE] Known Issue: December 20, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - The weapon appearance items of 'Goddess’ Glory - Furry Friends' is not added to the equipment storage. This issue will be fixed during the maintenance on December 27th. For those who have already applied the weapon appearance of the Furry Friends theme to the gear, we will remove the applied weapon appearance and send an item equal to the removed appearance via the Market Retrieve Tab of the character. The weapon appearance items will be sent to Market Retrieve Tab during the maintenance on January 3th. [UPDATE] Known Issue: September 27, 2022
Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: 1) Cannot purchase 30 TP bundle from all server in Steam store page 2) TP purchased in NA/SEA/SA server is not displayed in the Steam Inventory - Due to the server instability issue, this measure will be temporarily applied. ※ This measure can be gradually applied to other servers as well. 3) The reward that was supposed to be given properly from Must Do Guide has been withdrawn - The items mistakenly taken away will be given back during the scheduled maintenance on October 4, 2022. - We will exclude the amount already used when giving back the reward. 4) The update week of the Weekly Boss Raid Total Damage Reward in the patch note on September 19-20, 2020 was misguided - The reward table will be updated on October 3, 2022.
