Known Issues - April 21, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8 - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.

Thank you all for your participation:) Vice Guild Masters of TOS Support Guild Congrats to all selected Vice Guild Masters:) [NA] Klaipeda Tsugami Rukitora Gimbap [EU] Fedimian Rhoss Mancupium Kasane [SEA] Telsiai Oripathy Holooo Shakie [SA] Silute Ferrett BWarlock Olindoll - Activity period is from September 11 to November 26, 2021. - Please note that selected Vice Guild Masters need to join the TOS Support Guild until September 9, 2021. - Vice Guild Master authority will be applied on September 10, 2021. ※ Elected Vice Guild Masters must send the guild application to TOS Support Guild! ※ Vice Guild Master who is currently in another guild must leave the current guild. Vice Guild Master Activity Guide Necessary Activity 1. Log in to TOS 3 days or more per week 2. Accept applications of Support Guild when logged in to TOS a. Approvement route: Alt+G Guild → Settings → Applications b. Newly created teams will be automatically added to the guild, but other saviors need to be approved manually. c. Every applicant must be approved. (However, if it is judged that the purpose of applying is clearly to make conflict/dispute, it may be rejected.) 3. Play Guild Quest 2 times or more per week a. How to play Guild Quest: Guild Tower → Guild Quest → Select the Guild Quest you want to play → Go to the Guild Quest area → Enter via Guild Quest pillar after recruiting (space bar) b. Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. Selective Activity 1. Answer the questions related to playing the game to solve guild member’s curiosity about the game 2. Check Guild Community a. Reply to inquiries about the game b. Questions frequently asked by the guild members can be saved in the Community section to help the players. 3. Activate the Guild Chat a. You can bring energy to the guild chat window by saying hello to the guild chat when you log in or log out, or when other users log in. Important Guild Territory War, Guild Wars, Guild Quest: Sulivinas Lair, Demonic Sanctuary cannot be played. - You cannot declare Guild Territory War and other wars since the purpose of the guild is to help saviors to understand and adjust to the game and since there are too many members. - Sulivinas Lair and Demonic Sanctuary are also not available as it is difficult to distribute fairly. Guild Quest TIP 1. Guild Tower Location: West Siauliai Woods 1 channel, near Statue of Goddess Vakarine - This location is only for the 1st guild tower. - Location may change from the 2nd guild tower and if so, Vice Guild Masters need to tell the GM by whisper or ticket. - Vice Guild Masters must install the Guild Tower within a day. 2. How to create Guild Tower: Talk to Uska NPC at Klaipeda → Buy Guild Merchandise → Purchase ‘Build Guild Tower’ → Use the item in the installation location 3. If the participation rate is low, guide the progress and reward. - Guild Boss Raid: Click the Participate button, move to the location and defeat the boss monster together! - Guild Mission: Click the Participate button, move to the location and clear the mission! - ‘Guild Foundation’ repetitive quest is cleared when clearing Guild Quest twice a week. Greetings Saviors:) We are going to announce the regular election of the TOS Support Guild Vice Guild Master. Whenever there is a vacancy on Vice Guild Master, we will receive applications as follows. If you are willing to work as Vice Guild Master of TOS Support Guild, please read this post and apply! Vice Guild Master Selection Support Guild is run by three elected Vice Guild Masters for each world. Vice Guild Masters will share their experience and knowledge about TOS, process various contents, and support the fun and activities that can be enjoyed in the TOS community. ■ Vice Guild Master’s Role As the master of the TOS Support Guild, Vice Guild Master helps new/returning saviors who joined the guild to settle down and play various guild events ■ Vice Guild Master Selection Recruitment Target Saviors from All Worlds Number Recruited 1~2 Saviors per each world Recruit Period January 14, 2022 ~ January 19, 2022 (EST) Announced Date January 20, 2021 (EST) ※ Selected Vice Guild Master will be announced via separate post and the selected Vice Guild Master will receive GM message on the announcement date. ※ Selected Vice Guild Master must enter the TOS Support Guild until January 20, 2022. (EST) Activity Period January 21, 2021 ~ March 18, 2022 ※ Vice Guild Master can continue the activity according to their will and the past activity records after this activity period. Play Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) - [Support Guild] Saint's Sacellum (Auto/Solo) One Entry Voucher' x100 will be given to the Vice Guild Masters. - Shares the entry count with the existing Auto Match and Solo Raid. - For Auto Match with party member of TOS Support Guild member, 5 saviors are needed and every party member must be in the same map and channel. - When clearing the raid by Auto Match with Party, Vasilisa Scale x36 (Untradable) can be obtained and Recipe - Saint's Sacellum: Goddess One Entry Voucher (Untradable) that can be obtained by chance cannot be obtained. - When 5 TOS Support Guild members are collected by normal Auto Match besides the Auto Match with Party, same rewards with the existing reward will be given. - For Auto Match with Party, the MVP won't appear and MVP reward won't be given. 4.
