Stone Whale Event Reward Issue Fixed
Greetings, Saviors! After our scheduled maintenance of July 11, 2017, some players were reported to have been unable to obtain the rewards from the Treasure of the Stone Whale event after having successfully received the required Stone Spirit buff from the Golden Stone Whale. We would like to announce that this problem has now been hotfixed. We have also reset the event participation counter for July 12, 2017. Players who have already received their event rewards for the day of July 12 will be able to participate in the event again and obtain the corresponding rewards up to another 4 times until the end of the day. Please refer to the Treasure of the Stone Whale event announcement here for the rules.

UPDATE: The servers are back up and active Token times have been extended 1.5 hours as compensation for the temporary maintenance. Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance across all servers. This maintenance will serve to collect error logs and apply a few measures to improve server stability, following earlier reports of connection issues affecting some of our server regions. Goddess' Blessed Cube Item List: Updated July 3rd
Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased on November of '16), B (purchased on January of '17) and C (purchased on May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current. NOTE: This edition of the Goddess' Blessed Cube contains 3 Package Costumes (Tuxedo Cat, Fried Chicken Poodle and Popolion), each composed of 1 head piece and one body costume. The head piece of these costumes is considered a Premium Hair item (not a hair accessory) and therefore it is not tradable, it cannot be moved via Team Storage, and it cannot be exchanged for medals at the Exchange Shop. Each costume + hair set can be traded while still in its unopened in Package form, however.
Monthly TP Spending Limits Applied
Greetings, Saviors. In order to prevent payment fraud-related issues from affecting the game, starting from this week’s scheduled maintenance (July 4, 2017), we will be adopting a monthly TP spending limit for Steam accounts that have a shorter payment record since their time of creation. This means that players who have made fewer purchases on Steam since creating their account (in accordance with the account purchase information provided by Steam) may be restricted from using more than 300 TP in-game per month. After attempting to use more than 300 TP in one month, players with TP limits will see a message alerting them of this monthly restriction. If you find that a TP spending limit has been applied to your account and want this restriction to be removed, kindly send a ticket via our Support page under the “Payment” >> “Reset TP Spending Limit” category so we can verify and process your request individually. Please note that this TP limit applies only to how much TP an account is allowed spend in-game. It does not restrict the amount of TP that players are able to purchase on Steam. Thank you.
[COMPLETE] Temporary Maintenance Notice - June 28, 2017
Greetings, Saviors. We will soon carry out a short maintenance in [SA] Silute in order to address the current lag, disconnection & map movement issues in the server. In this maintenance, we will be rearranging the server machines in a way to ensure that map movements and other issues return to normal. And we expect the overall game environment in [SA] Silute to improve after the maintenance. The temporary maintenance is expected to take place during the following period: [EDT] 06:50 / [BRT] 07:50 SERVER WILL OPEN: [EDT] 08:30 / [BRT] 9:30 Note that this maintenance will only affect the [SA] Silute server.
