[Fan Art Festival Results] TOS Fashion Show!
Greetings Saviors! It’s time, once again, to announce the winners of the TOS Fashion Show! As always, we greatly appreciate all the hardworking artists who took the time to participate in this TOS Fashion Show theme. Anyway, as we mentioned before, prizes include: 500 TP + the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume + the In-Game Title ("TOS Fashionista") and, of course, your art as an in-game loading screen. Prizes will still be delivered via GM message during the scheduled maintenance of May 08, however, the next Goddess' Blessed Cube Costume will be delivered to the winners when the Cube is officially announced. Also please note that votes shared by the same IP addresses have been removed. The results of the user vote are a reflection of this adjustment. Upcoming Token Benefit Changes
Greetings, Saviors. We are preparing to introduce a few changes to Token benefits in approximately one month from the date of this announcement along with our next content update (Velcoffer), and we would like to notify you in advance of the benefits that will be revised. 1) Additions - EXP gain bonus increased from 20% to 50%. - New premium gestures added. 2) Changes - Entry count and reward bonus applied to everyone (Token user or not). We will be increasing instanced dungeon, mission and Earth Tower entries; increasing Saalus mission rewards; and reducing the amount of Raid Portal Stones required for everyone, regardless of Token use. For this reason, related Token benefits will no longer apply. Q. What happens to unused Tokens? All Tokens used after the changes will apply with the new benefits, regardless of when they were obtained. Q. What happens to Tokens already in use? Tokens that are already being used will automatically switch to the new benefits on the day that the changes are applied.
Goddess' Blessed Cube Item List: May 2, 2018
Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.

First Territory Wars Beta Test Complete
Greetings, Saviors! Today was the last session of our one-week Guild Territory Wars beta test period in [NA] Klaipeda. We are immensely grateful to everyone who participated in the test and took the time to contribute with valuable feedback through the GTW survey and our forums. We managed to gather a very good amount of data on the new content, which we will be using to further tweak and improve its playability. Now that the test period is over, there are few things we would like to make known regarding the future of GTW in [NA] Klaipeda. Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, [NA] Klaipeda guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of (Wednesday) May 2, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until April 24, 2018 will be considered for these rewards. Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions in [NA] Klaipeda to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the server’s live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for additional rewards. 2) The additional tests may not take place at a regular schedule or in a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 3) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 4) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in [NA] Klaipeda. Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for a new round of tests according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses. [NA] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 22, 2018
Greetings Savior, We will soon perform a short maintenance for [NA] sever in order to fix the following issue: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8 - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau. Please refer to the schedule below. [EDT] 21:10 - 21:40 Note that this maintenance will only affect [NA] Klaipeda. All other servers will remain open during the procedure. We will update this announcement when maintenance is complete.
Known Issues - April 21, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have been reported today: 1) [NA] Guilds Unable to Enter Territory Wars in Genar Field and Inner Wall District 8 - Guild members participating in the [NA] Klaipeda Territory Wars beta test have reported being unable to enter the Spot Area from adjacent maps during today's session except for Galeed Plateau. We are currently looking into the source of this issue and we will update this announcement once we obtain more details about the errors reported. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
