[UPDATE] Known Issues: April 9, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. The following issues have recently been reported. 1) Mouse Mode is not working properly - The mouse mode is not working properly after the scheduled maintenance of April 9 for some players. We have fixed the suspected part. Please restart your client to start the patch process for this issue. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps will be greatly appreciated. The more information we have on a specific issue, the quicker it will be resolved.
[SA] Maintenance Extended (Server Expansion)
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to notify [SA] Silute players that the schedule for this week’s maintenance in the server has been extended in order to complete the following tasks: - Move [SA] service to a different provider; - Expand server capacity; - Increase server equipment; - Upgrade server performance; - Address stability issues affecting the region. Please refer to the schedule below: [EDT] 01:00 to 11:00, April 10, 2018 [BRT] 02:00 to 12:00, April 10, 2018 Note that this extension will only apply in [SA] Silute. All other servers are expected to open at the time announced in the patch notes of April 10, 2018. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Goddess' Blessed Cube Item List: Apr 3, 2018
Important: All the Goddess' Blessed Cubes follow the updated item list regardless of the date it was purchased. This policy will be standard unless stated otherwise. e.g. Goddess' Blessed Cube A (purchased in November of '16), B (purchased in January of '17) and C (purchased in May of '17) will all follow the item list the most current.
[SA] Temporary Maintenance Notice - April 2, 2018

[UPDATE] Silute Server Disconnection Issues: April 1, 2018
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to make an announcement about the recent [SA] Silute server issues. There were some inconveniences caused due to an increase in users after the recent update, therefore to solve these inconveniences, and to continue to improve our game for our users, we increased the capacity of the server in [SA] Silute along with other improvements. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that the server runs smoothly. Thank you for your love and support of Tree of Savior. [HOTFIX] Vaivora’s Team Challenge Issue
Greetings, Saviors! After our scheduled maintenance of March 27, 2018, players reported the following issues: 1. Players on [NA]/[SEA] servers being unable to open the Vaivora’s Team Challenge event shop to exchange their Vaivora Tokens. 2. Players logging in and finding that the Night Market Event Debuff was still applied. We would like to announce that these problems have now been hotfixed. IMPORTANT: You will need to restart your game client in order for the hotfix to be applied. For players being affected by the Night Market Debuff, after restarting your client you must click the Event Notice Board for the buff to be removed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue was being solved. If you are still being affected by these issues after restarting your client and receiving the hotfix, please let us know via Support Ticket.

Trailer #2/ SFA - Heaven on Earth ● Onmyoji About 90 years ago, the first Onmyoji abandoned their homeland and made way to our blessed Kingdom, where they took on different positions at the service of the Royal Court. Though their work in the Court ended 4 decades ago, the Onmyoji remain in the Kingdom, quietly tending to their craft in communion with the local people. That, they believe, is the way to creating a place for the Onmyoji in our society. After Medzio Diena, they have focused their efforts on addressing the hardships of a nation struck by catastrophe through the harmonious ways of their class. It is in the balance of heaven and earth, light and dark, yin and yang that the Onmyoji find the source of their power, and nowhere are these forces better represented than in the union of the human body and spirit, which stand between heaven and earth. That is why the Onmyoji imbue their power onto sheets of paper cut out into human shapes. The energies in equilibrium manifest themselves in the properties of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, which are known as the Five Elements. The Onmyoji can use these properties not only to confuse and attack their enemies, but to protect themselves as well. In recent times, Onmyoji Master Ahiro Seimei was involved in mediating between his country of origin and the Kingdom he now calls home. According to what was reported, the Master had been tasked with attending to complex diplomatic requests coming from his homeland while minimizing the burden on our Kingdom’s authorities. Thanks to his harmonious nature, Seimei managed to gather the support of other Class Masters, who helped him fulfill his duty most successfully. Besides his work on the balance of the Five Elements under the rule of the goddesses and divine spirits, the Onmyoji Master is also particularly concerned with achieving harmony in the relations between his native country and our nation. Fortunately, the Kingdom’s divine spirits are known to be gentle and temperate, allowing the Onmyoji Master a certain degree of freedom in his work. On the other hand, the burden of communicating with the divine spirits is one he shares with the Miko Master, whose carefree personality at times hinders his intentions.
