We have received some problems regarding connection reports including auto-match system, chat and etc from [NA] Orsha. We are aware of our players are unable to match instanced dungeons, mission and chat in-game. Please let us know via Support Ticket if you are experiencing other problems. When reporting issues, please be as detailed as possible. Screenshots, character/team/server/class details and timestamps would be greatly appreciated. That way we can have more information to work with on a more specified problem, allowing it to be resolved faster.

Enchanter Shop Buff Removed Temporarily
Greetings Saviors. We have temporarily removed the Enchanter Shop's Divine enchant that grants 5% increased Cleric buff durations due to an unresolved issue caused by Enchanter Shops.
