Second Territory Wars Beta Test Complete

Greetings, Saviors! The second GTW testing period in [NA] Klaipeda is officially over, and once again we would like to thank all the guilds who participated in the six days of Territory Wars sessions. Similar to what happened after the first round of tests, we will continue performing unofficial tests, this time on all server regions. Make sure to read all the details below.   Rewards 1) As the official test period has ended, guilds will no longer be eligible for Territory Wars participation rewards. 2) Survey and forums feedback rewards will be sent to the selected teams during the scheduled maintenance of June 12, 2018. Remember that only feedback received until May 29, 2018 will be considered for these rewards.   Unofficial System Tests Although the official open test period has ended, we will continue performing additional test sessions on all servers to correct map entry/point count errors and other problems that occurred during the test period, and further assess GTW behavior in the servers' live setting. These tests, however, are not intended for general participation. 1) These tests will take place in all servers. The sessions in each region may follow different schedules according to the needs of the test and the characteristics of each server region. Also, the schedule of the tests may be altered at any time without prior notice. 2) Although guild members may still be allowed to enter the Spot Areas during the additional tests, entering a session will not make you eligible for rewards. 3) The additional tests may not have a regular duration. The sessions may be interrupted, shortened or extended according to the needs of the test. 4) We cannot guarantee regular performance or stability in any of the additional test sessions. 5) You may see occasional system messages related to Guild Territory Wars in all servers.   Thank you again to all the guilds who joined us in the GTW tests so far. We will use the data collected during this test to improve optimization and playability issues and prepare for implementation according to how the development of the Territory Wars progresses. Greetings Savior,   We would like to announce the measures that will be taken to compensate the users that had their team deleted from [NA] Klaipeda, [EU] Fedimian, and [SA] Silute Servers during the Tree of Saviors [Zachariel] server merge.    Please refer to the following announcement for the details of the policy.   Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. Target   1. Users who have teams on more than one of the target servers (NA, EU, SA) that wishes for team recovery of teams that did not survive the merge 2. Users who wish to recover their dormant team     Period   After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025  ~  August 12, 2023 23:59 (KST)   Category Details Period  # The team recovery will be conducted in four phases.  1st Request: After the Scheduled maintenance on July 16, 2025~July 22, 2025 23:59 (KST)  → Recovered on July 29, 2025.  2nd Request: July 23, 2025~July 29, 2025 23:59 (KST)  → Recovered on August 5, 2025.  3rd Request: July 30, 2025~August 5, 2025 23:59 (KST)  → Recovered on August 12, 2025.  4th Request: August 6, 2025~August 12, 2025 23:59 (KST)  → Recovered on August 19, 2025.     Procedure   - For a limited period, users who have teams on more than one of the target servers and would like to move their teams that were not included in the integration will be able to do so.   ⚠️ We are unable to transfer multiple teams to the same account. Please create a new Steam account separate from your current account before contacting us. ⚠️ When deleted teams are recovered, data regarding the connection between accounts cannot be recovered. (ex; guilds, friends, likes, etc.)     - There are three types of recovery for your consideration. Please submit an Official Ticket with all the necessary information corresponding to your specific recovery type. - Be aware that if your ticket lacks required information, we may request additional details, and your recovery will be processed based on the date all complete information is received.   Please follow these steps if you're type A: A. Recovering a deleted team while keeping your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This applies if you wish to retain the team that was merged into Zachariel, but also want to restore another team that was deleted during the merge process.   1. Create a new Steam account separate from your current Steam account ◎ The recovered team will be moved to a separate Steam account from the one you're using ◎   2. Access Tree of Savior with your newly created Steam account and create a new team      - The newly created team is a temporary team for identification during the process. After the recovery is complete, they will be deleted and replaced with the existing team information that will be recovered.      - The name of the newly created team will be applied.   3. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel.   [Required Information - A] 1. Type of recovery: A 2. Name of the Steam account where the transferred team currently exists: 3. Newly created Steam account name : 4. Newly created team name in your newly created Steam account : 5. Recovering a deleted team after removing your merged team on the Zachariel server. - This option is for those who want to delete their merged team on Zachariel and instead restore a different team that was removed during the merge process.   ◎ The deleted team will NOT be recovered after it is deleted. If you wish to save the currently merged team, please refer to the type A recovery of this post. ◎   1. Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel.   [Required Information - B] 1. Type of recovery: B 2. Name of the Steam account you’re using: 3. The server where the deleted team was: (Klaipeda/Fedimian/Silute) 4. The name of the deleted team you want to recover:     If you already filed in a recovery ticket and wish to change the Type of recovery, please send us a new ticket containing the information below:   [Required Information - B-1] 1. Type of recovery: B-1 2. “Newly created team name in your newly created Steam account” you sent in the previous ticket: 3. Add “_1” to the end of the newly created team name:       - Since we cannot delete Teams, if a Team exists with the same name as the old one when the recovery happens we will append _1 at the end, you can add 3. for a different free rename to be assigned.      - Please note: Once your team name has been changed based on this agreement, we will not support further name changes.      - This name change option only applies to users who submitted their recovery ticket before July 18th 00:00 server time.   Please follow these steps if you're type C: C. Recovering a team when you have no merged team (due to account dormancy). - This applies if your account was converted to an inactive state and, as a result, no team was merged into the Zachariel server.   1.  If you're prompted to create a new team when accessing the Zachariel server, please proceed with creating one first.   2. If the new team you created doesn't have the information you wanted transferred, please follow these steps:   - Fill out the information below and submit a ticket through the official contact channel.   [Required Information - C] - Edited on July 29th 19:00 server time 1. The name of the deleted team you want to recover :   Others   ▶ If you have Premium TP on more than one server  - The premium TPs on all servers are summed and transferred.  - This will reset any Premium TP that the additional recovered team originally had, and they will not have any Premium TP when they recover to their new Steam account.     Important   -  Please write the title of the ticket as [Account Recovery]. -  If you are applying to transfer a team other than the one that was deleted in the server merge, you will be removed from the target. -  Duplicate applications will be processed based on the last application. -  After your transfer is complete, you will not be eligible to reapply. -  If your team transfer application contains inaccurate information or doesn't meet the criteria, you may not be transferred.   Account recovery requests submitted after the application deadline (~August 12, 2025, 23:59) will NOT BE PROCESSED under any circumstances. ↑Yes we are saying twice because this is important

[HOTFIX] Vaivora’s Team Challenge Issue

Greetings, Saviors!   After our scheduled maintenance of March 27, 2018, players reported the following issues:    1. Players on [NA]/[SEA] servers being unable to open the Vaivora’s Team Challenge event shop to exchange their Vaivora Tokens.  2. Players logging in and finding that the Night Market Event Debuff was still applied.  We would like to announce that these problems have now been hotfixed.    IMPORTANT: You will need to restart your game client in order for the hotfix to be applied. For players being affected by the Night Market Debuff, after restarting your client you must click the Event Notice Board for the buff to be removed.  We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while the issue was being solved. If you are still being affected by these issues after restarting your client and receiving the hotfix, please let us know via Support Ticket.

Temporary Maintenance Notice - August 22, 2018

Greetings, Saviors. We will soon perform a short maintenance for ALL SERVERS in order to carry out the following. - The issue with the reward system for the Invite a Friend event will be revised. - Items that have been wrongly distributed to users because of the issues will be retrieved during the maintenance. - The Friend Invitation Code page and the Event NPC will function again following the maintenance.
