[UPDATE] Temporarily Server instability Issue at Silute Server
Greetings Saviors, We faced the server instability issue at BRT 22:14. The Team immediately noticed after the situation has happened, and reacted promptly. The Server issue at Silute is now properly fixed and the server is working again. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by Server instability in this good weekend. [NA] / [SA] Channel Maintenance Notice
Greetings Saviors. We are currently performing a temporary channel maintenance operation in the [NA] Klaipeda server, in order to investigate and correct the NPC errors reported earlier today (click to see the Known Issues announcement). The process is already complete in [SA] Silute, and we will update this announcement when the maintenance in [NA] Klaipeda is also complete. Our apologies for the late notice. In the meantime, you may experience instability in the city of Klaipeda and/or other maps, and the channels being repaired will appear to crash. [UPDATE 3] [EU] Fedimian Temporary Maintenance Notice - September 29th
UPDATE 3: We will be having temporary maintenance in order to resolve the issues that are continuing on the Fedimian Server instances. - Maintenance Period : (EDT) 10:30 p.m. ~ 11:30 p.m. September 29th, 2016 We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced UPDATE 2: As mentioned in our previous update, we continue to work towards fixing the connection issues affecting [EU] Fedimian instanced dungeons and missions. These issues have been observed to occur with greater frequency in premade parties; therefore, we would like to advise you to use the automatic matching function instead for the time being. Thank you. UPDATE 1: Some users continue to experience connection issues in [EU] Fedimian instanced dungeons and missions. We are aware of this problem and are working to find and apply a solution as soon as possible. Additional compensation will be provided to users in the affected server. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Today's temporary maintenance in [EU] Fedimian is now complete and all users in the server have been sent via GM message the following items as compensation: EXP Tome x1, Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x1. We apologize once again for the inconvenience. We have fixed some components that seemed to be causing the issues, but please note that we are still monitoring the situation. Announcement Regarding Borutos Kapas

Issues with the Boruta spawn times have been resolved We have resolved the issue where Borutos Kapas did not spawn on the correct times during the weekends. The final schedule for the Borutos Kapas raid will be as follows: Weekdays: 19:00 - 01:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) Weekends: 14:00 - 03:00 local time (EST/CEST/BRST/SGT) 2. Mark: Borutos Kapas will temporarily be disabled The visual effects and the debuff for Mark: Borutos Kapas will be temporarily removed until the issues that it causes server-side is resolved.
