Greetings, Saviors. We would like to inform you about an issue affecting some guilds' participation in the Blockade Battle. It has come to our attention that certain guilds which participated in the Blockade Battle prior to the maintenance on May 13 have been unable to enter the this week's Blockade Battle. For those guilds that cannot enter the Blockade Battle, kindly send us a ticket and we will give additional rewards based on the final Blockade Battle ranking results next week. Class Balance Patch Preview
Greetings, Saviors. We would like to share some important information about an upcoming balance patch scheduled for the near future. We sincerely appreciate the strong interest shown in the recently introduced class, Blitz Hunter. Since its release, we have carefully reviewed various data and observed that its performance has exceeded our initial expectations. As a result, it has noticeably influenced the balance between in-game classes. In light of ongoing efforts to create a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all players, we are planning on making some adjustment to the Blitz Hunter class. We truly understand and appreciate the dedication and passion many players have shown toward Blitz Hunter, and we recognize the concerns that changes may bring. Please rest assured that this balance update is intended to make other classes thrive along with the Blitz Hunter. In addition to Blitz Hunter, several other classes will also receive adjustments as part of this update. We promise that this change will enhance the gameplay and overall experience of Tree of Savior as part of our ongoing efforts to improve game balance. We sincerely appreciate your continued strong interest in ToS. Please understand that this balance patch has been implemented with the goal of fostering a more refined and sustainable gameplay environment over the long term. Patch without Maintenance: May 08, 2025
Greetings Savior, On May 08, 2025, a patch went live on KST 13:31 due to the following changes: - Boruta Seal Enhancement Event: 30% silver discount was not being applied. This issue has now been fixed, and compensation will be distributed sequentially to the saviors who enhanced their seals after May 06, 2025 Maintenance. Compensations for Popo Boost Related Issues
Greetings, Saviors! We have completed the compensation process for the Popo Boost Event buffs that were not applied to accessories (W only). Details of Compensation: The [Enhancement Material Discount] buff was not applied before maintenance. → Players who enhanced accessories before the maintenance have been compensated with [Advanced Blessed Shard] and [Litis Powder]. The [Enhancement Rate Increase] buff was also not applied before the maintenance. → For enhancements attempted before maintenance, 50% of the used [Refined Black Pearl of Merregina] and [Goddess Token (Lada)] have been returned. Compensation has been provided regardless of whether the enhancement succeeded or failed. All the compensation items have been sent to the Market Retrieve Tab of the character that performed the enhancement. We will ensure that Global Servers are compensated as soon as possible. Greetings Saviors, The following issues have come to our attention: - No messages appear when clicking on the Invite Your Friends event requirements (Saviors must have Lv.530 Character on your team to invite friends) - The deletion date for the Popo Boost Special Equipment Box is displayed incorrectly. The following item will be deleted on July 8, 2025. - The enhancement discounts are not being applied to the Popo Boost Bracelets We are currently aware of the issue and trying to fix it. If there are any updates, we will let you know through our Known issue notice.
